J&R Medical standards require each of our associates to receive many hours of continuing education annually to ensure our customers receive the care and service they deserve. Our qualified staff include representatives of various backgrounds from Customer Service, Assistive Technologies, Pediatrics, Healthcare and Management all working together to meet the needs of those requiring medical equipment and service. Welcome to J&R Medical, how can we make your life better today? Located in Bellaire, Texas, J&R Medical serves much of the greater Houston area’s mobility and home medical needs. J&R Medical opened its doors, May 5, 2006, under the ownership of James and Jessica DuBose. What started out as a small company focusing on urological and incontinence products has now grown into a supply company that offers a full range of Durable Medical Equipment. Customers know J&R Medical carries a full line of Custom Power & Manual Wheelchairs, Patient Lifts, Bathroom Equipment, Standing Frames and Urological Catheters. We now also offer a full line of lift chairs, scooters, ramps as well as hospital and pediatric beds

Business Owner

James is a C6/​7 tetraplegic secondary by a car accident in April 1992. His wife, Jessica is a Certified Recreational Therapist. They have firsthand knowledge of the challenges that are encountered by persons with a disability. Together with a team consisting of therapists, social workers and rehabilitation technicians, J&R Medical is as unique as the clients we serve. J&R Medical serves patients nationwide with urological products, and in Harris and surrounding counties with Durable Medical Equipment. We have a knowledgeable staff with a passion and devotion for working closely with you, your caregiver, doctor, hospital, or rehabilitation center
