I would agree with others here. This companies customer service is fantastic.
I ordered 5000 5.5 X 10.5 glossy flyers. I had an issue with the design (on our end) and the flyers images unfortunately looked blurry. Since it was our first order Jason was MORE than fair on how he handled the matter.
I actually just ordered business cards for my nephew for his shoe cleaning business. The business cards were inexpensive and done in a matter of days.
I will be using Zooprinting for all my future printing needs!

I originally ordered a print job with ground shipping, my client changed their mind and wanted the package next day! I called Zoo printing and asked them to over night a shipment and they made it happened! Marguerite who works there saved my relationship with my client, I am so impressed with their professional service, I will use them again!

I just received the most amazing service from Marguerite Lynall at Zoo Printing. She went out of her way to make suggestions for me to get a better print and save money. She followed through and called me back with the info I requested and made sure my order was going to be received on time, even though it was a last minute order. Give this woman a raise!

Great customer service, fast responses, great quality stickers all in all a great experience. My friend Victor Murguia was of great assistance and made sure I had no troubles when placing my orders. Definitely doing all my companies advertisement stickers here.

As a printing broker, I am only as good as my vendors. Zoo printing consistently provides high quality printing, and great prices. Jobs are printed and delivered in a timely fashion with lead times always met. In one particular case, I had an extremely time sensitive job delivered, but my mistake, I had ordered with incorrect specs. I spoke to customer service rep Michael, who resolved my issue in 10 minutes. I had replacement product with corrected specs delivered the NEXT DAY! It really saved my relationship with the customer. There are several gang run printers out there, but I find the extra customer service that Zoo Printing offers, especially in a critical situation, is what sets them apart from the rest.

This is the best printer ever. High quality products, awesome customer service and legit pricing that will blow other printers out of the water! I’m in San Diego and choose to use this LA company!

Zoo printing is the best! I’ve literally never had an issue that wasn’t easily fixed in the 2.5 years I’ve been working with them. They stand behind their product so you can always count on the quality. Shannon and Victor are both awesome and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. You will not be disappointed. :)

Well what can I say but good things. Thank you Jack Asatryan first of all. I know I bother you a lot with questions or quotes and your are always patient and always very knowledgeable with what we need and you always walk me through step by step with patience, when sometimes I don’t have any for myself. I will continue to be a loyal customer and will continue to send more projects over to you as we get them. Again anyone who reads this. This is a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them. They go out of their way to help and if you don’t know what you need they will help you figure it out. Again thank you ZOO you are better than 4over because of your customer service and that to a small company like ours means more to us.

Been using Zoo Print for a few years. The work was always quality, but I had been more disappointed with the customer service, just wasn’t on par… Until lately! Don’t know what’s changed behind the scenes, but these guys are awesome! I have now sent others and they’ve said the same.

I received wonderful customer service from Ray. I had messed up the paper on 2 quotes I submitted for a price match. He got it taken care of and I received my price matched quotes 30 minutes later. Thank you Ray!

Customer service is absolutely awesome. They really listen to your needs and always strive to find a way to resolve any issues asap.
Like another reviewer mentioned, mistakes are very rare.
Color jobs done here always come out looking better than other places (i.e. 4over).
Last thing, the delivery service is the best and always on time.

Zoo Printing has a terrific selection, great pricing and the quality is something I can always count on. They make us look good!
Their delivery service makes it possible to do a large volume without us having to dedicate someone to the task.
Mistakes are super rare and they have rushed orders through in a pinch. Now with their quicker turn times we usually don’t have to rush anything.

I like zoo printing. Delivers in time. I live close by so I always use will call. I give it 4stars due to the will call service, sometimes is slow. Quality is great when compared to pricing which is also great. If you need better color matching and more fancier stuff printed then go to a specialty Print shop but everything else is good here. Great even in some cases, like club flyers, brochures and even large banners. Great quality on those.

You have to follow their online templates excatly, or your job may be bounced back, so make sure you have your files adjusted to their templates to avoid any delays.
The price is right, the quality is about a 8. (on simple CMYK jobs, color is matched to a densitometer on press, they do not adjust color to any particular job, so you get what you get) If you have an easy simple job, and there is no deadline, this is the perfect place to go.
Most small simple jobs handled online and are printed and shipped out efficiently.
If it is a complex job, call the estimating department directly for help, and they will do their best to service you.
If you are in serious need of help call the customer service managers and they will solve your problems!!!

I was looking for a fast and reasonably priced printing service while in town for an upcoming event. Discovered them by accident through a Google search. Although I never ordered form them before, and it took a while to figure out their ordering system (order request for multiple different business cards, image formatting requirements before loading, and image uploading), I took the chance of ordering from them online. They got my proofs done in a few hours, and order was accepted for next day right after. When I went for will call pick up the next day, the business cards looked great. So I made another order of business cards as well as a large order of postcards. These subsequent orders were also great.
Guys were friendly to me each time I went for pick up.
Also, telephone service was used for some help; the operators were also friendly and helpful.
The only downside is driving on the 710. Traffic is always bad and worsened by the construction. Not their fault, but be prepared to spend some extra time in traffic if doing will call pick up. Next time will have them ship future orders that don’t need next day service.

I pretty much use Zoo for 99% of my outsourced printing needs.
They are quick and efficient.
They have yet to be late on my Print Jobs… every job has come out to customer expectations.
I did sign up for there Branded Website program but at $ 500 a year it’s not worth it and that’s where they lose a star. The charges to have better customization are expensive and I give customers more competitive pricing by selling directly and quoting them and I also make a better profit.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for. If I could, I would give Zoo Printing negative stars. I truly wanted to have a better relationship with this business. I actually drove myself to the Commerce facility from Orange County. I thought a face to face conversation with the Quality Control Manager would encourage them to see me as an actual customer rather than a Job Number in the system (plus I was returning a set of prints with frayed die-​cut that were simply unacceptable).
My biggest disappointment is the latest job I had Zoo Printing reprint (see Unilocal photo). Three files, one CMYK color formal straight from Pantone Color Bridge… results… three different gray hues, one missed deadline. I won’t comment on the response from my client.
If you have a business that utilizes printing services please think twice on the bigger budget projects you need printed. You may find yourself covering reprinting from your own pocket if you decide to print with Zoo Printing.
