Lovato Victoria OD

I first came here on 2÷27÷11 I found them through my insurance, after calling so many optometrist and seeing if they could fit me on the next day Dr. Lovato was the only one that I found that could fit me on and carried the type of brand I of eyewear I like RayBans. She carries more like coach, guess, nike, calvin klein, sketchers, etc. She also has sunglasses. when I got there I full out some paperwork then had an initial exam with one of the Opticians (THEY ARE ALL GIRLS) on the autorefractor, I was sent out to wait for a few minutes for the Dr. Lovato. After 5 minutes I was called in Dr. Lovato was very detailed oriented made sure u understoodeverything she was saying and afterward gave me a typed letter of what my condition is myopic astigmatism, which I thought was really cool and a first for me. Later in june I went in too get contact lenses and again very prompt and detailedI asked questions and she answered didn’t seen like she was in a hurry or pushing me out the door. I went back after the trial period and explained to her my eyes felt really dry, I told I bought some eye drops for contacts but they ft like they buends, she explained to me that those store eye drops have preservatives that can have a burning sensation and recommended some other drops she aswell changed my contacts to different kind to not make them feel dry. Overall she was great my mom and sister just went and the experience was good aswell. Plus side she speaks Spanish.
