They will recommend a water restoration company which complete rip you off on quote (GET SECOND OPINION FOR SURE, Unilocal ANOTHER ONE), mine cost $ 2200 to open a hole and if you don’t choose them. they are going to call your home warranty to say your house has mold issue, unless you pay for an air lab test (costing $ 500 to $ 1000, and 5 days to 10 days wait) to prove your house is mold free, your home warranty will not send another plumber to fix your issue.
They are going to charge the $ 60 home warranty service fee for just measuring your pipe water pressure. They will find excuses to leave, AND THEY WILL NOT COME BACK, DON’T TRUST THEM SAYING THEY WILL COME BACK.

These guys installed a water heater in one of the condominium across from me. They left the empty box for the water heater in front of my building. When I called them to tell them what happened, the guy I spoke with is nice enough to admit they made a mistake, but asked me if I can recycle it for them or leave it there for the city to pick up! Not very professional! I took pictures of everything earlier that day because I had a feeling this was going to happen. And I will be forwarding those to the city.
