Even with an appointment had to wait over an hour. The office is dirty and hot. The ac was off and they didn’t have any fans. I won’t be returning

I came here with my older daughter when they had just opened everything was clean and brand new and kids were able to pick a toy after there visit. So I came from my new city closer to down town L. A thinking it would still be as nice as when they opened. I was wrong it looks completely run down. The game area does not work the tv’s that do work are old and discolored the waiting room chairs are filthy and stained. The only positive is that YES the staff is friendly. But the wait/​is long Evan with an appointment! So I give two stars solely based on customer service I enjoy being treated nice and my children as well. But the bathroom is fiiiiiilllllllllllllthhhhhyyyyyy and if there restroom is dirty I don’t want to imagine there sanitation in the back where the tools are being sterilized. I will not be returning.

Great staff and environment. Very kid friendly. They also attended me when I had to have my wisdom teeth out (2). They charged me so much cheap than Gentle Care Dental. This place gave me a quote for all my dental needs. Approximately less than $ 2,000 for 2 wisdom teeth extractions and 3 porcelain crowns (which I haven’t gotten done yet). My other dentist wanted to charge me over $ 8,000! Ridiculous, they also expected me to get the work done their. And asked me if I can get a family loan and a care credit loan. I said NO thank you. Dentalville is affordable and has a very friendly atmosphere. Great place for kids who are afraid of the dentist.
