I come for ice cream cakes from time to time they always taste friggin great and are always super friendly. Last time in went I wanted a small cake just for mom dad and kids but I wanted it sort of Disney frozen theme. They suggested writing on the pre-​made cake with blue writing and added my frozen figures I took and it looked AWESOME! looked like a 50 60 dollar cake but only cost $ 25. Highly recommended.

I order a cake for my boyfriend for his birthday on 10/​19/​2015 the lady that help me did such a great job! I told her what he likes in minutes I was paying for the cake. Great customer service! Happy customer I will most definitely come back again thanks

Baskin Robins is forever an ice cream go-​to, but this place is awesome because they have the best customer service! the staff here are always so sweet and friendly! :) also their cakes are awesome!

Super expensive for a single scoop Sunday that I got in a kids size cup was $ 5! Then they CHARGED me 50 cents for my child’s cone, forget that it was a scoop in a cup! I don’t know what’s wrong with this place but I think it’s what’s happening with everything else that it’s owned by Koreans and they’re cheap! NEVER returning to this one again!

It’s a store that has been around for ages ! The ice cream is good ! It’s just ice cream. You can’t go wrong ! ! !

Me and my daughter come every 2 weeks (Pay Day), the workers deliver outstanding customer service. As soon as we walk in they greet us, offering us if we want to try any samples they have available. They have a variety of different flavors for kids and grownups.
I will continue to come to this location.

My daughter and I usually come here on Fridays. The customer service is excellent! We are acknowledged as soon as we walk in. We are always offered to try a sample of the flavor of the month. The place is a bit on the small side but the customer service makes up for it. The staff delivers excellent customer service! I always walk out with a smile on my face! (:

This location has been here for quite some time and hasn’t really changed since I was in high school. There is no other way of putting it, but the owners of this place are super cheap. lol If you do not intend on eating the ice cream on site or as soon as you leave the store you can expect to carry all the cones in your hand. I often times buy my mom ice cream from this place (coconut and pistachio), but absolutely dread the I have to take the cone in my hand while driving home. They have cups, but there is no way they will give you one for your ice cream unless you cause a scene or pay for the it. So you can imagine how much of a headache carrying more than one cone is while driving, not to mention how messy it is. This of course only applies to people who buy ice cream in cones. Also, you can expect to pay 13 bucks for 2 double scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone. 13!!! I could get better ice cream that is much more filling at a Cold Stone. Still, this has and continues to be a staple in Bell so I can’t rate them below a 3. Your lucky my parents are fans of the ice cream haha.
