History

Established in 2011.

With over 10 years of real estate experience, we have experienced the up and downs of the market, always working to provide the best service for the most people. With experience as a mortgage banker, we recognized the growing number of underwater mortgages, which meant a rapidly increasing number of confused homeowners who were unaware of their options. It was evident that a lack of education and misinformation about these options was causing unnecessary stresses on many of these homeowners.

We also saw a growing trend of potential buyers being turned away from buying the «home of their dreams.» We wanted to be able to provide a quality house that these clients could afford.

This was when we decided to start the Sons of Realty, a family owned company that provides direct assistance to these clients.

Sons of Realty is a family owned business that you can trust! We have served over 30 combined years as firefighter/​paramedics in the South Chicago Suburbs dedicating our lives to serving the public.

Through real estate, we discovered another way to serve those in need.

We purchase short sales in preferred communities throughout the South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana. By purchasing these houses, we offer underwater homeowners another option besides foreclosure. Plus, we take care of the number one problem for most short sales, wasted time while the house sits on the market.

We then handle any necessary repairs and remodel most of the houses. A family is then able to purchase a «brand new» home for less than they normally would.

Our niche in real estate assists both sellers and buyers and provides for revitalization in the communities we work.
