They do a decent job here and the prices are competitive, but the wait is always ridiculous. I tried to miss the weekend rush and got here at 4:30pm today (a Thursday) and waited nearly an hour before getting in a chair. I’ll likely need to leave before getting a mani because I won’t have time. Plus, there are literally 10 people waiting for service behind me.
Additionally, not all the technicians do a good job. For the second time today I got a lady who — while nice — not only doesn’t do a great job, she’s one of the slowest I’ve ever had. The 2 best technicians are always booked, do no use trying to get them.
If you come here, try to come mid-​day if possible; otherwise you’re going to just waste your time.

This is my new favorite nail place. i attempted to go to my other nail salon right when they opened on a Saturday at 10 am and the wait time was already 1 hour! This was the next nearest salon so I hopped in and gave it a try.
I had a pedicure and gel manicure. Jackie was my nail tech and she was AMAZING!!! I had such a blast talking with her and she was really engaging. They have a crazy selection of gel colors which I was very impressed with.
I definitely plan on coming back to Best Nail and Spa. Ask for Jackie! You will not be disappointed :)

We were visiting from out of state for a surprise party and were looking to have a special ‘girls day.’ I called ahead to make a reservation for a party to have mani/​pedis. The owner did not seem to think this would be a problem. When we arrived at the spa, we were disappointed with the condition of the salon but thought that we would give it a try.
When we saw the restroom, we should have high-​tailed it out!!! Horrible experience all around. Go down the street, there must be better options!

I like this place. Every clean and fun. The nail artist talk with you and joke with you. They make conversation so that the time goes faster, as well as you don’t feel awkward. The work they do is also really good. I am originally from up north and I could not find a place here in Indy that could even come close to how amazing the shop at home was. Best nails is close, so I think I will be a regular here now.

After going in for a handful of twice-​monthly acrylic fills and polishes I’m willing to knock my rating up a star — they’re always quick to get me in a chair, the service is always polite and I’ve never had an issue with the quality. This has become my go-​to place while I’m in Indy.

This is hands the best nail salon on the south/​east side. Everytime perfect! No matter who does your nails! They take their time and have a million gel colors to chose from! Doesn’t get better. Make an appt because since they are so awesome they are quite busy for walk ins.

This is a great place to get your nails done. I have been hoping to find a reasonable place since i’ve moved that delivers quality service and this small, yet friendly nail salon is just that place. I walked in without an appointment on Thursday of last week and was able to get a nail technician right away. She was extremely nice and was raised in Indy so she was able to speak clearly.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone that is looking to spend their money wisely. Although this is not as pleasing to eye as other salons, I consider it to be better because of the service they provide. Thanks Best Nail Spa, I will definitely be returning to get my next fill! (which only costs $ 20)

Great! I’ve been to several places on the south side of Indy only to be disappointed. Here I finally found someone who could wax my eyebrows well! I get shellac as well and it was alright… they could’ve shaped my nails better and did a poor job of removing my cuticles and the dead skin around the nail, but I came away looking pretty decent. I definitely plan on visiting again.

This place is wonderful! The staff is friendly and hilarious! They made me feel like I was spending time with friends rather than the way I feel at other salons– like I’m an intruder.
I had a pedicure, and they did a great job. They were gentle, caring and thorough! I would definitely recommend going to them! I’m looking forward to going back to have more done!

Looking for a new nail salon and this is close to work and it got stellar reviews.
Well. It took 1hr and 45 minutes to get a pedicure and this was just the basic. I found this time spent ridiculous. Maybe I just got the slow lady, because three other people got pedicures in the time that I got mine. I finally had to ask her to speed it up to which she didn’t understand… I said move faster as I had to get back to work. Not sure I’d come back here unless I had a few hours to spare.

This place is great! After reading the reviews I decided to try it out and loved it. I got a gel manicure and pedicure done by Vu and it’s perfect. The staff is very friendly and they take their time (even when there are people waiting), which I LOVED because I hate feeling rushed. They were also great at suggesting colors (which was perfect because I’m very indecisive). Vu was very gentle and gave a great massage. I spent two hours there and am not sad about it. It’s not perfectly clean (the floor was dusty from acrylic powder) but most inexpensive salons are like that, and the awesome service was worth it. I will definitely be going back.

Great people clean nail salon Kristine is the best I always ask for her a+ service! I always call and make an appointment but they also except walk in… Slow days, easy for walk ins are Tuesday and Wednesday!!! But they are very good about giving you a estimate on time I’ll never go to another nail salon again

Really like! Good service, clean, etc. Occasionally during summer I have had a less skilled tech for spa pedicure, but I could avoid this by scheduling ahead. I have tried a half dozen places in the area and this is the best for the price.

I was really nervous to try a new nail salon after moving from Muncie to Indy, but this place was great! I walked right in for a pedicure and a gel manicure and the service was great!
As good as a mani/​pedi gets, which included an awesome hand massage included in the price. It’s been almost two weeks and my nails and toes still look as good as they did right after I got them.
The staff were all friendly and the place was clean.
I really have nothing negative to say about this place, except that it isn’t a quick in and out (although this isn’t a negative for me, because I LOVE a long time to relax and be pampered!). Be prepared to spend at least an hour there if you are doing both a manicure and pedicures.
