Love-​Love-​Love this LOCAL OWNED STORE store! It’s like Dolce & Gabbana on a budget! The manager /​buyer is so good at making you feel, well — young & fabulous! I totally splurged and shall again. My favorite clothing store hands down. Not for the wallflower fashion type gal though. Must have a confident personality to carry off wearing those bright clothes. Make a fashion statement & go for it.

Amazing clothing finds with helpful (not pushy) sales staff! I love the new brands they carry like Michael Stars, Trina Turk, Desigual, & my favorite… Sky! They are now carrying swimwear! (Unique swimwear that you can’t find anywhere else in Austin!)
The price points are for every budget. I love the skirts they have in right now that are around $ 40…& the exclusive dress selection.

I really want to give it more stars because the clothes are beautiful. Truly. A tad pricey but worth the quality. Agree with the other poster they are too pushy. I was trying on a sweater when the sales woman tried to push another sweater on me that I wasn’t interested in looking at. Then drug me to some book with celebrities wearing jeans Then she pushed me to try jeans on like 10 times after I had repeatedly said I didn’t need any jeans. I had already said I was buying the one sweater I picked out but she just kept pushing more more more. I didn’t even have a chance to really look around because she wouldn’t let me. I appreciate help, but when I ask for it. I really hope they read this. I love their store but I don’t want a shopping experience like that again. Let people browse your beautiful shop!

The staff here is very pushy. I went in looking for Henry & Belle jeans and the saleswoman, although nice and pleasant at the time, kept bringing me merchandise that I wasn’t interested in and being overly complimentary about how the jeans looked. When I got to the register she condescendingly said «Really, just one pair of jeans?»
They do not tell you about their no-​return policy at the register, nor is it posted anywhere in the store. They will only give you store credit on merchandise. When I tried making a return the staff was rude and extremely defensive. I was told that I «didn’t ask» about the return policy so it wasn’t their obligation to tell me about it.
I expressed that it’s dishonest to let people spend large amounts of money and not mention the no-​return policy, and the owner abruptly cut me off saying that I «don’t know him» and he doesn’t appreciate me calling him dishonest. Yikes.
I will never return to this store again because of the rude, unprofessional, and dishonest behavior of the staff. There are so many stores in Austin with just as good, if not better, merchandise and a more pleasant shopping experience to offer.

On the fence for this one. I think they have amazing clothes that you never see out here, but the sales staff is über pushy. Be forewarned.
