I go here from time to time because i work nearby. Usually a great experience, great customer service and laid back hippy vibe with talkative employees. I do have one complaint as an employee there has made my sub twice now. He is a short chubby guy and maybe not on purpose but he comes off rude and doesnt smile. As there were two other employees making subs with gloves on this guy that was making mine didn’t have gloves on which is a little bit bothersome regardless of handwashing. On top of that he throws on my ingredients like a race which can tend to unevenly distribute the ingredients. Other employees take a reasonable speed and make the sub very nicely and aesthetically. Other than that i am a fan

Good friendly service. Great sandwiches. And prices are right. What else could you want in a sandwich shop. I just can’t understand why anyone would still go to a Subway to get a sandwich. And yet there are more Subways than McDonald’s. Thundercloud puts enough meat on their sandwiches and has a good variety. Keep up the good work.

This place will forever be my favorite sub shop. I always stop by when I’m in Austin visiting! The service is fantastic and the ingredients are all so fresh. The prices are also very fair. Thundercloud does everything right! Now if they could just open some Houston stores, I would be a happy camper!

Love thundercloud in bee cave. I go here a lot since they opened this location. They have really stepped up their game at this location on getting people in and out quickly. As usual their sandwiches are the freshest ones in Austin. I highly recommend this place.

So far so good. Now the customer service wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. The gentleman that made my sandwich smiled maybe once, but that is after I said something funny to make him smile. He was pretty robot about his stuff. I am used too the hippy laid back talkitive thundercloud customer service and so this one was just blah. BUT they just opened and so doesn’t mean they don’t have room to grow and improve :)
The gluten free sandwich was delicious and they made my daughter’s sandwich just perfect too. They definitely have the sandwich making down good. The place is clean and it is a plain but beautiful interior. I really do like this location. so if I leave work in Lakeway and they don’t have my GF bread (again). I always have a shot to come to this location and get a sub before going home. So I am very happy this location is here!
