I have been going here for quite some time. The women are very courteous. The selection of colors and types are wonderful. I really love getting a pedicure. The massage of the chairs and the whole experience is relaxing.

I have consistently gone to KB nails for 3 years and I have never, ever been disappointed. Ivy is who I make appointments with each and every time. She does my waxing and manis and pedis. Her attention to detail is amazing. I’ve been to so many nail places and no one can top her skills.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I went in with the best expectations, however, after less than a week (4 days to be exact) my SNS nails chipped off! I called to get a refund, and was absolutely shut down. They claim to not be set up to do refunds (if you take people’s money, you do refunds). They also stated to me that they only guarantee for your nails to last 2 – 3 days!!! SERIOUSLY??? The girl at the front desk GUARANTEED ME that «SNS» nails would last longer than GEL nails. I paid EXTRA to have the SNS nails because she told me they are better than GEL! If you are thinking about visiting this salon, DRIVE PAST IT! They are absolutely horrible!!! If I could leave NO STARS I would!
These people are disgusting!!! I’ve never encountered such unprofessional-​ism at any other salon like I did with this one!

This was a great experience! We were warmly greeted and everyone was really inviting. Even though the place was packed, they seated our party of three (as a walk in) within 5 minutes.
They didn’t do a lot of scrubbing and cuticle work but they gave us a lengthy massage to make up for it, which I don’t mind, of course!
The ladies were all very nice and were very patient with me changing colors 5 times and smudging it by accident. Didn’t seem irritated at all.
Over all, after all the salons I’ve been to in Austin, I’d highly recommend this place. Give it a try and you won’t regret it!

I am a male and went into this shop today for a manicure. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Wish I would have read the Unilocal reports prior to going. If she would have cut my fingernails any closer, they would be bleeding. When i came home, my wife asked me What happened to your fingers? I would never ever go back.

They have definitely gone down hill over the last year. I am based in NYC where I can get an amazing quality gel for $ 28 (damn good price for a city), so coming to KB Nails and paying $ 36 for a gel that I could have done better myself is disappointing. They rush doing your nails like they don’t give two craps about what the outcome is. My mom got an SNS the time before last and it chipped the day after. My gel was also bumpy and had small bubbles from the top coat. A good manicurist would have inspected and fixed it. Not surprising that KB Nails has the worst reviews on Unilocal for nail places in Bee Cave. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I’m in town.

Absolutely loved it! Very detail oriented and my manicurist took the time to do a good job. Hand and leg massages felt great. Very clean! They use liners for the foot baths and all tools are properly sanitized and packaged. I will definitely come back here.

The two stars are for the great color selection. the other stars are missing due to my unsatisfactory eyelash tinting. I did not learn until after my tinting that they only do the top lashes. Also, the tint they use is not black, so I can barely notice a difference. I have had this done many times before and have never had either of these issues. I already made an appointment at another salon the have them redone :(

A bit pricey
SNS is the latest «strength shellac that allows nails to grow and isn’t as damaging as regular shellac». I’m not all that impressed, takes a long time. Much longer than regular gel.
I did it on my toes and nails for 89.00
Massage for pedicure was terrible and very short.
It’ll due for now but for over a 100.00 bucks I want to feel great!

It had been a while since I got my eyebrows threaded, but this experience was far below par. Not only was the threading minimal the girl used a tweezer and dug into my skin real deep leaving me with torn skin lesions on my eyebrows. It is by far the worst eyebrow experience I have had whether it be waxing, threading or tweezing.
I have a high pain threshold, but this is painful. Threading is threading not paying to be tweezed.

This place is not good. The customer service was awful! I asked for french manicure SNS nails with tips. Serval of the tips were uneven, the sns powder was lumpy, the white on the tips is also uneven on each nail. I mentioned it to the lady working on my nails and told her i was not going to pay if she didn’t fix them. Of course she refused to fix them and I left. Now I’m going home to refile and paint over the nails. Waste of time and money at this place!

KB Nails at this location is my favorite place in Austin ever! I tried about 6 places in Austin before finding this one. I’ve been going here for about 2 years. I always go to Ana. The owner is Lynn and she’s very good too. In fact, all the ladies are good there. You need to book an appointment because they book up fast.
I LOVE sparkle, so I always get sparkle and glitter nails. I do SNS, which is a form of acrylic but healthier for the nails. They also do gel, of course, regular manicures, and pedicures. Lynn also does lash extensions there and they always look AMAZING! Better than any other place I’ve gone to and for a fraction of the price. I was just at KB nails yesterday with my sister. Love that place!

This is the best nail salon and spa that I have ever been to. They are so clean and concerned with everything being sanitary. Each pedicure that a customer gets will have a new plastic liner. They open your tools for manicures which are sanitized. The owner Lynn Dang is a true artist. She mixes and makes colors for Shellac and SNS so that you will have choices for so many colors, many of which you will not find anywhere else. I have used several different nail techs and each one is excellent with a lot of experience. I send all of my friends and clients to KB Nails and they all thank me. For waxing, lashes or an organic spray tan that has no offensive odor, you must do yourself a favor and go to is salon.
