This review is for the shameful behavior of his Office Manager in his Morristown location, where he practices one day/​week. After waiting patiently for three weeks, my mother came in for her appointment after being referred by her primary care physician. Her primary gave x rays on disk.
The Office Manager stated she needed printed x rays and that they did not have the ability to review the disk. Wow, really, in 2013? She was overbearing, dismissive of the pain my mother was in and flatly said that the doctor would not see her without X-​rays on film, not even for an initial look or even to retake X-​rays.
Not a quality I look for in my healthcare provider. I certainly hope they didn’t bill back insurance for this ‘visit’. Shame on you, Dr. France, for promoting such an unacceptable atmosphere in your practice.
