The best customer service I have received in a long time! Baker went above and beyond to help me today. Thank you!

I haven’t needed any major repairs, but I’ve had minor or stuff done here like brakes and tires. The also mended my exhaust pipe that fell victim to some Texas highway debris. The price and service are always on point. Baker gives it to you straight and if one of the mechanics sees you lingering around while Baker is busy, they ask what you need. The 2 times this happened they got started right after I told them what I need. I think the people with 1 star reviews either cheaped out or wanted their tires aired up by a place they’ve never patronized. The only complaint I had was my exhaust repair took 1.5 hours of labor, but I only paid 70 bucks altogether as quoted so I can live with it. It looked like an impeccable repair, though.

Reasonable price and the staff here are very nice and so accommodate. This is my first time here and I like it better than my toyota dealer. Not because they cheaper, but because the owner are very friendly also the staffs here. Also they are very patience with me since I’m very picky with everything. This place deserve 5 stats!!!

I went there today to change my tire with the nail on it. Before they begin to change, i asked, this skinny dude who was looking after the store, if the patch would work. He didnt comment much and i asked for a used tire. I saw the man bringing the used tire n stopped him to check the grip. Guess what i found? a nail on it. I talked to that skinny dude n he said it wud cost me $ 35 for that tire with nail. I told him it make no sense bcoz nail is the reason why i was in their store in the first place. The man sent a worker to check if they have another tire. While my friend n i were waiting, i saw them putting the tire with nails.
I got pissed off coz they r supposed to ask me for a permission. N this guy was being a total A**hole, told me that they dont have another tire n asked me 35 bucks. I had no option but to get a new tire at that point.
In the end i got the new tire for a good price but their customer service is really poor. I wont go there next time n won’t recommend anyone.

Spent a little more time than expected. But, by the time the work was finished, the car drove nicely in a straight line, keep them on my list for auto repairs.

These guys are the real deal. For those of us not in tune with their vehicles, it’s an annoyance when something goes wrong that needs fixing. I’d been meaning to replace my tires for weeks… then months. I finally made some time and went to this establishment on my father’s suggestion. Thanks, Dad.
Super friendly and helpful, Baker gave me the no-​bullshit answers when I asked about tires. Absolutely no car salesman sleez. He talked to me like a normal person; for that I’m grateful and willing to spread the good news about their business.
They gave me a great price for 4 new tires and 30 minutes later I was out of there. Maybe they weren’t too busy so don’t hold onto the 30 minute thing, but after experiencing them once I wouldn’t mind waiting at all. Also, instead of pushing new brakes on me, they casually said I could use new ones in 6 months and told me how much it’d run. Thoughtful and friendly without being overbearing.
Not much else to say, this is where’d I’d go to mess with tires in the mid-​cities.

Really glad I found this place. Good prices, excellent services, and honest people. I came here for new tires after researching online and seeing that their inventory was larger and their prices lower than their competitors. They told me up front how much everything was going to cost and it was exactly what I paid. Tires arrived same business day and we’re installed and ready in about an hour. Afterwards they told me everything that had been done to my car in detail. Baker seems to handle the front of store and he’s been a great guy to work with.

My wife and I were strangers to the area. We had just purchased a secondhand minivan that needed an alignment. We checked with other places, their timeframe was a little too much for our liking, so we drove around and stumbled across this place. It’s a good thing we did, the price was $ 20 less than the competition in the general area, the service was great and the job was done quickly. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Baker, he’s a very nice guy who understands the concept of time and how to deal with people in a friendly manner.
Friendly people, reasonable prices and the job is done in a timely manner. What else could you ask for?

The Tire Store was incredibly flexible and considerate in helping me in my predicament. It’s one of the only places I can say that cares deeply for the customer’s needs and delivers undoubtedly.

Save yourself the time and money. DO NOT deal with these jerks. They just sold me a defective tire that went flat immediately! Had to miss work and have the car towed. Now, they won’t even refund my money. Will be suing them and contacting the BBB.

Service was great. I was helped immediately and got a great price. Mike was very pleasant and in less than an hour I had 4 new tires and an oil change. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a specific brand of tires and came across The Tire Store. I found the tires online and worked a quote.
I ordered the tires and they were delivered to the store in less than 24 hours.
I took my car in and they had 4 old tires removed and 4 new tires, mounted, balanced in less than an hour.
When I went to pay, the price was exactly what was quoted, not one penny more!!! That rarely happens!

I may need to update this review in the future, but these are my thoughts after my first visit.
After getting a quote from NTB for a simple brake pad change for my front brakes at $ 200 I knew that I was better off either doing it myself or seeking out a more reasonable price. (Brake pads can cost around $ 20 and the process of changing them only takes about an hour).
I asked my dad if he knew any places that would get me a better deal and Tire Store is what he recommended. I called and asked how much it would cost me and it came out to $ 40 for just labor (assuming I provide the new brake pads) and $ 75 for parts and labor. It didn’t take long to find a business with its head on straight that wasn’t just out to make a quick buck off of an unknowing customer.
I dropped off my car before a half’s day work on a Saturday and picked it up 4 hours later with no problems whatsoever. My brakes feel much better and I am confident in the work that was done on my car. It turns out they just opened another store in Houston. After seeing how busy it was after my first visit I can tell the quality of work can be trusted.
Competitive prices and great service leave very little to be desired.
