History

Established in 2012.

Bedford NH was devoid of an art community for children, The Refrigerator Door was established to provide much needed art curriculum to the town and bridge the gap between art class at school and working independently as a young artist. We strive to inspire confident creativity.

Meet the Business Owner

Miss Jenn C.

Business Owner

Miss Jenn has always wanted to be a teacher! With a degree in art, she began teaching preschool at Villa Augustina Academy in 2005. She moved on to direct before and after school programs with New Morning Schools Inc until she settled as a teacher at their Bedford preschool site from 2007 – 2010.

The Refrigerator Door is a project inspired by her own children and the need for an art studio right in town that was inviting for ALL ages. Along with the visual art comes the performing arts! Jenn also directs Sing. Dance. Perform. a non-​audition, children’s performing group in the same building.

Never afraid to try something new or make a mess, Miss Jenn teaches children from under a year old to sing, dance, create and have fun!
