Papa John’s Pizza

Great customer service, I had an issue with my carry out pizza, they apologized and delivered a new one. And were super polite.

Done with these guys. Ordered two medium pizzas for delivery last night (for a tab of over $ 30). Ordered 2x on several toppings, yet when the pizza arrived the toppings were sparse for even a 1x of the toppings. They just don’t give a crap. Had to call and complain on a previous order, but didn’t bother last night. Too many much better options for pizza out there than this dump. App being deleted. Goodbye Papa John’s.

Horrible service. I arrived to pick up my order, and the cashier just said,“Name?” I said my name, and he just handed me my order. No checking, no thank you’s, no nothing! Surpised and disappointed by the rude and cold service.

I am outnumbered in my house by Papa Johns’s lovers, but it’s not my fave. It’s a matter of personal taste and I dislike it, but my family loves it. With that stated, the delivery is timely and staff is friendly. I did get sick off of their pizza 2 years ago from this location. They called me (they being someone from their corporate office) and offered me free pizza! What a joke… like anyone is going to want more of what made them sick. That was a long time ago so I figure we can order there again and we have… no problems since.

Papa John’s as a chain is typically pretty good, however this location is a huge letdown. It has been this way consistently for a number of years. They often skimp on cheese even if you order extra cheese, how do they justify this? Toppings are generally sprinkled on in a lazy manner, making the overall experience quite poor. Besides that, many of my pizzas from here have uneven slices. I’m very sorry but it’s very easy to slice a pizza into even slices, what is the major malfunction here?
Beyond the previous grievances I also have to say this particular location has a very bad habit of under cooking pizzas and forming the crusts incorrectly. I’ve gotten straight up hexagonal pizzas. It’s really disappointing because Pappa John’s made correctly is very good. I wish something would change.

Now I remember why it had been a few months since I ordered from here. Pizza took an hour, was cold when it arrived and we didn’t get the complementary ranch that is supposed to come with the buffalo wings. Save yourself time and $$ — order elsewhere.

Ordered my pizza online at 5:45 PM. Delivery was fast. Order was wrong. They added chicken and bacon to my order for no apparent reason and cut it round when I ordered it square cut.
Called them back to let them know. Manager said I would receive free breadsticks with my order for the trouble. Okay… I thought… that’s fine.
So I wait a full HOUR and call them back. Manager lets me know that the driver should be there any moment. Driver arrives after another half an hour. Did not bring me any breadsticks. Pissed off now and my appetite is gone. Asked for a refund and it’s been another 45 minutes.
Sorry but do not recommend. There’s a Pizza Hut next door. Go there instead.
