Great group of agents. I’ve used this firm for multiple transactions and have always had a great experience.

Unresponsive and unprofessional, even through social media. I inquired online about a property and received ZERO response or acknowledgement. Not sure why? Is the property due to the listing price simply not worth your time? Commission possibly too low? Perhaps you should let someone else list the property if you are too busy or do not have enough interest or time. Very frustrating trying to get information from someone who is supposed to be a professional in this business. Even a Realtor could not get any response from you. I asked several and no return calls or email as well.
Incidentally, the listing for the property was removed for some reason on their Facebook page:
I had initially inquired about the property on Facebook and Lauren DuPaul, the associate broker who is the listing agent NEVER responded to my questions concerning a property which been listed for several months. At the time of this review, the property in question is STILL LISTED and the price has dropped to almost half! Avoid this person/​Realtor as you will waste time and only be frustrated. Sad that the property owner is not aware of how you do business. I would NEVER use her as a Realtor. Beware and AVOID!

Ginny Greer was my buying and selling real estate agent. I would not recommend her to anyone. She was very nice when we first met and then after the paper work was completed making her my agent, her whole attitude changed. I felt she was working against me rather than for me.
Listing my house she didn’t do anything special at all including not helping with photo taking and such. Later when I wanted to put an offer in on a house she said I was too low and they won’t except it so she wasn’t even willing to try. I then had to convince her to put the offer in anyway and after all that, she was wrong and they accept my «too low» offer.
She did not earn the high percent commission she made of off selling my house and the new house I purchase. There are many real estate agents out there, do yourself a favor and do not pick her.
