We just purchased a 2014 Certified pre-​owned GX460. Our sales consultant, Mohamed was without question then most professional sales person I have met in my 40 years of purchasing vehicles. Kudos to Nigel (Sales Manager) as well who gave us a fair trade in allowance on our Jeep.
The entire team is very professional and the facility is First Class.
After owning other luxury brands, I am really wondering why I did not consider the Lexus brand and this dealership much sooner!

In search of a used Lexus RX 350, I ventured over to the Lexus dealership in Manchester, NH to look at their available inventory. I first spoke with Nigel over the phone and then was paired with Joe to take a more in-​depth look at the vehicles available at the dealership. Joe worked with me all the way; he explained to me the utility and function of every compartment within the Lexus RX 350. He also answered every question I had about the car, from practicality features to safety features. My experience car shopping with Joe showed me he was both a knowledgable and honorable salesman. The entire experience was pressure-​free and extremely comfortable for the customer — a huge plus for anyone purchasing a vehicle.
It’s a pleasure to work with people who are proud to represent their brand — and I was happy to work with both Joe and Nigel. Ira Lexus of Manchester promises a great experience. If you’re looking for a Lexus, stop by and they’ll take care of you.

Nice salesperson; very arrogant manager. Beware of Nigel Long for he will berate your certified lexus trade-​in even though it is in top condition. He will insult and berate you just for asking for the Kelly book trade-​in value on your car. He called me difficult and proceeded to undermine any point that I had regarding the transaction. He basically told me that he was glad to see me go and told my husband «good luck with her». He’s an arrogant man who thinks more of himself then he should. I believe that this man is prejudice and set out to ruin the salesperson chance at making the sale for exactly that reason. Lexus would benefit by dumping this classless act.

Well, it was a mixture of good and bad. I had used «TrueCar» to get a listing of local dealers and spoke with someone at Ira and set up a time to visit. I was there on time but never heard from anyone, everyone was busy or just walked by without asking if I needed any help. I left and received a call the next day apologizing and scheduled another visit for the weekend. This went much better and I got to test drive and made an offer that I felt was reasonable and it was accepted. A little hard-​sell from the finance team on «options» but it went well overall. I like the location, I like the cars, I’ll find out soon about the service as it’s getting near my 5K service time so will know more then.

I bought two cars from this dealer recently and had a great experience both times. Fred and Nigel did a great job explaining the cars features and I think I got a good deal on them. I bring both vehicles to this dealership for service and they always do a great job and are always friendly and professional.

One of the best sales experiences we have had, Purchased a Used 2007 RX 350. We worked with Mohamed Elnaghia who is quite frankly one of the most honest, straight froward sales professionals I’ve had the pleasure doing business with… I saw the vehicle online and was traveling from NY, he disclosed everything we needed to know about the vehicle and the dealership did a fantastic job refurbishing the vehicle mechanically and otherwise in preparation for a sale. When we arrived the vehicle was far beyond our expectations. Mohamed worked very hard to earn our business and was well balanced on being professional /​persistent while not crossing the line of being pestering /​pushy, as you often find with may sales reps… Our family has purchased over a few dozen vehicles online from over the last 15 yrs and the Ira Lexus of Manchester definitely rates in the top 5 experiences.

I am giving this dealership 2 stars instead of 1 only because I do like the car I bought. This is the 6^th car I have leased and purchased in my life, and I can say this was hands-​down the worst car buying experience I have ever had. During our first trip to the dealership on a slow, rainy Sunday, the process of test driving 4 cars dragged out for 4+ hours. I told the Sales Consultant my price range, and he failed to show me any cars that matched my criteria until I told him I was going to head out for the day and then a car that matched my budget and «wish list» ever so magically appeared from the garage. Funny how that happens.
We negotiated with Nigel the Sales Manager, who was smarmy, condescending and essentially berated me into accepting the sticker price for the vehicle, then told me he would not be able to do ANY additional work buff out the scratches, etc. because I was getting such a great deal. Ok, Nigel. I almost (and wish I had have) walked out on the spot, however I did really like the car.
Our Sales Consultant told us we «had to»: come back within 48 hours because they were giving us the car at such a great deal (even though I paid sticker price), so I made an appt. within that time period. I had to call and email 5 times to reach someone, and my actual Consultant never called me back until I was transferred to a Manager who then had him return my calls, in order to confirm the appt and find out what I would need to bring to purchase the car. I was told just to «bring my checkbook,» really helpful. One would think if you are trying to close a sale, you might return the customer’s calls.
We arrived for our 4:30 appt and were told it would «just be a few minutes,» then sat in a variety of offices in the dealership until 7:15, when I finally told them we absolutely needed to leave for dinner reservations. During this 3 hour period, we were left sitting alone and told «5 more minutes» by pretty much everyone in the dealership. Hard to understand when you are paying $ 30k for a new item and have MADE AN APPT why it would take 3 hours to finalize the sale. Very puzzling.
I work full time, and had to take a half day to make the drive and appt on Tuesday per the Sales Consultants’ insistence. If I had known I would be kept waiting for 3 hours I would have just come back the following weekend.
When I expressed displeasure at being kept waiting so long, I was told by our 2^nd Sales Consultant that it was my fault for «being on my phone» (which I ONLY was when I was left sitting alone in the various rooms of the dealership) and that it was their «end of the month» so apparently that is code for Treat Your Customers Like Garbage Day.
I would definitely suggest going to another dealership over this one. Lexus makes a beautiful car, however they are many other places where you can purchase one where they don’t torment you along the way.

Walked in needing a new Cargo Net hook for my wife’s ES350. A small low cost part, but Mitchell in the Parts Department was helpful and pleasant. I asked if he could mail the part to my house so I wouldn’t have to drive back up to get it. No Problem. To top it all off, I called later in the day needing a couple of dash light bulbs. Again, he agreed to mail it all to me when it came in. He couldn’t have been nicer for what had to be a pain in the neck $ 35.00 order.

Went to look at a brand new hybrid and the salesperson had zero knowledge about the vehicle. Then having to deal with the sales manager Nigel who has zero people skills. After dealing with Nigel when I didn’t think it could get any worse I had to deal with the financial manager who instead of recommending a Lexus he recommended his Toyota camry. I figured purchasing a high end vehicle that I would receive top of the line service but, not at this dealership. I would not recommend anybody buying a car here because it is a waste of time to get terrible service.

Very Very satisfied with the level of service from Ira Lexus. From my experience buying my new CT200H to my first 5000 mile check up I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.

Just got home from the Lexus dealer and couldn’t be happier. They had a 2013 Jeep Unlimited (4 door) for a price that was just too good to pass up.
Noah, our sales consultant, answered all our questions and walked us through the entire process without the high pressure sales pitch.
We went in with some pretty stringent demands and told Noah a monthly price we’d be willing to pay. He came back with a monthly payment about $ 35/​month less!!!
I’ve never had a car dealer tell me they’d try their best and actually do it. They will get my business in the future.

Very Satisfied with IRA Toyota Manchester. They were very professional. Car was washed/​detailed perfectly when I picked up. They even went the extra mile and surprised me with a full tank of gas which almost never happens when you buy a used car. I drove over an hour to buy the car and did a lot of work online and over the phone with them before coming to a deal. Very easy to do business with!

Went there with a loan in hand, come to find out that it’s a loan they don’t take. Even though the loan company claimed a 12 year relationship. But with the help of Joe, I left with the car I wanted, an interest rate WAY lower than I thought, and an overall amazing experience I would totally go through again for the five hours I did. My mom was looking to buy a used ES350 but wound up leasing a new one instead because she doesn’t put a lot of miles on a car and the payments were low. The dealership is actually in Bedford NH — not in Manchester anymore. She didn’t call, we had no appointment, just walked in. All but the salesperson that helped her were busy with other customers. Our salesman (mom has his card, think his name was John?) didn’t push anything — just listened, got her license and and showed her what she came up for. Granted, they sit you down for a while and ask you a gazillion questions — but other dealerships do that too. They’re moslty qualifying you and seeing if they can sell you something better than you came in for (like us!).
There was no trade as she gave my sister her old car. Bing, Bam, Wham, done. Almost two hours with the salesman, about another hour with the finance guy trying to sell you more stuff, then waiting for the car to be cleaned took two hours because they were backed up with a lot of sales that day. The salesman did a great job explaining all the features and setting up her bluetooth (another 45 minutes total). I remember the sale mgr came over, sat down and talked for a while. He had an English accent, was very outgoing, (Nothing like the mgr at Audi where I bought my car. He came out, shook my hand, said thank you, then turned and walked away!)

Took a tour of their new building, showing her all the depts and where to go for service. Their garage was immaculate and super bright. Didn’t expect that. When you bring your car in for service they give you a loaner car for the day if you can’t wait. They have them (all Lexus) right at the store. That’s much better than waiting for the rental company to get there and go through their process (as I’ve done many times with Audi and BMW).
I suppose as a car experience goes, this was easy cause there was no trade. I’ve personally been through that a couple of times and it’s 90% of the pain in buying a car (aside from spending half a day at a dealership). Still, my mom was extremely happy with the whole experience — and especially with her new car. I was very happy at how well she was treated.

Went up to Ira to check out a Lexus IS 250 that appeared to be a good deal comparing it to other cars I was evaluating. The experience was negative top to bottom. I will list them in the order that they happened.
1) Arrived, and and met the salesperson, and although I asked twice, was not shown the car I inquired about for 39 minutes. I was asked a litany of questions regarding other cars I might be interested in, driving habits, etc. A complete waste of time.
2) During the test drive, the car dashboard lit up with warning lights. The car began to shake, and it would not go above third gear.
3) When I returned to the dealership, the salesperson asked if I would like to proceed as if it was a minor issues, and it was going to be looked at the next day. He asked if I wanted to see some numbers assuming the car was going to be OK. I agreed. At the same time, my trade was appraised, but my keys were not returned, as a type of trapping method which really bothered me.
4) The trade number was well below what I had been offered at another dealer. Well below. I got 13k, and was offered 9. I bargained for 12 and was given 11.
5) All of the above is typical, although annoying, car buying bs. However the following is why I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING from these people. Once the car was returned from the test drive, a group of people came over to the car and started to look at it. 10 minutes later, after I walked back into the dealership, I remembered I forgot my folder, and asked to return to the car to get it. I was instructed to go to the garage. When I arrived, that same group of people were looking at the car. May I remind you the car was broken. I mentioned to the group that the car was broken and a salesperson ushered my out of the garage saying everything was fine with the car and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Very questionable.
6) The final agreement between me and the salesperson was that he would call me first thing in the am once a mechanic could evaluate the car. I got a call, the next day, at 530PM, saying the group who was looking at the car in the garage had bought it. I was pressured into putting a deposit down on a car that had a complete meltdown on a test drive, and when I said no, and I just wanted to know what was wrong with it before I made a decision, and they sold it that night.
This dealership is questionable to say the least. The salesperson was more interested in his new high-​tech dealership that giving me a fair deal on my trade. I hardly felt bad for him. The whole experience was negative. I would not even waste your time with this dealership.
