Heidi Botnick, L. Ac is a NCCAOM certified acupuncturist licensed in the state of New Hampshire. She earned both her masters degrees in Acupuncture (2006) and Chinese herbal medicine (2009) from Tri-​State College of Acupuncture (TSCA), one of the oldest acupuncture schools in the United States.

Heidi moved to NH in May 2013 from Brooklyn, NY where she maintained a busy practice for 7 years in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Throughout her 8 years of clinical practice, teaching and continuing education Heidi has gained extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions including all types of orthopedic pain, sports injuries, headaches and migraines, digestive issues, gynecological problems including infertility and menopause, insomnia, anxiety and depression.

Heidi is also highly skilled in trigger point dry needling, an extremely effective technique for alleviating acute and chronic myofascial pain patterns.
