Every interaction I have had with the civilians here has been a negative experience. If you are National Guard, a veteran, or other «Space A» category, you are treated like a 2^nd class citizen.
I understand there is protocol, as I have many years active duty and I would never talk to ANYONE as if they were stupid (and I have an email from a «manager» showing the same brush off attitude) or with such a condescending attitude that I have been treated.
I am writing this review, not because I am «Space A» and might not get a room, but because of the poor attitudes of the staff there.
If someone is looking for a room at this place, it is because they have served their country. You can’t get on post without an id, but if you talk to anyone here, you will be looked down upon. From the bottom to the top, every person working here has been an impatient, rude, condescending and an a-​hole wanting to get rid of you so they can get back to flirting with coworkers and playing on the internet. All I would hope for is a little professionalism or maybe a tiny bit of respect. This place offers neither.

On base. Very convenient location and nice staff.
The entire building is slated for a complete renovation coming 1 Oct 2014, it will include a complete bathroom overhaul, I can’t wait to see how they come out.
