I really wanted to like this place, but based on my experience I just can’t and will not go back. I had a Groupon deal for 1 hour message. I understand that the actual hands on time is only 50 minutes for those chain spa, but I only had 42 minutes. I think this spa either have lazy stuff or underpay their workers. The message is average, like any other spa you normally get. But the stealing time from customers makes this place a 2-Star spa.

The facial itself was ok, pushy on the products & services. I ended up buying a healthy living membership. I had 3 days to cancel it, & called the first day to do so. Played phone tag for the 3 days, but left many messages telling them to just cancel it. The fourth day they finally did so & charged me for a month of membership! Yeah, I’m not going back there ever.

I had a relaxing massage with Lana, although a couple things bothered me about my experience. I spoke with her prior to my massage explaining my problem areas(neck, shoulders, upper back) due to stress from grad school. I wish she spent more time on those areas during the massage. Additionally, I told her not to massage my face at all and she DID at the end of my massage. The massage as a whole was good, I just wish she listened to my requests a little better. Also, my massage was scheduled for 4:15pm but didn’t start until 4:20(there was a clock in room, that’s how I knew). I was there fifteen minutes ahead of time, so the massage didn’t start late because of me. What really bothered me about this is that the massage ended at 5:10pm, so my massage was only 50 minutes instead of 1 hour. While I was paying, the man upfront(Gus) kept explaining the package deals to me. I was hoping after the 2nd time I said no and that I couldn’t afford it(as I am a student) that he would stop pushing me to buy it. I wish there was more of a ‘spa’ experience, although I know these ‘chain type’ of massage spa’s aren’t like that. It is just disappointing. I am comparing the spa experience to Innovations in Merrimack, NH.

I am a new customer 3rd visit absolutely recommend it. Great customer service they are very friendly people I highly recommend it. I highly recommend Melanie .My first time whith her she asked me if I had any problem areas. I had lower back pain and she has worked it out for Me.she also showed me some stretching techniques As for the rest of the massage it was incredible. Melanie made me feel totally comfortable good sense of humor and a great massage .my next appointment can’t come soon enough. Thank you hand and stone. Thank u Melanie :)

from the beginning of this experience, it just felt right! My wife and I were shopping nearby, and we stopped in due to a bad muscle issue is was having. .. I was able to schedule a massage at a convenient time. The therapist, Svetlana was 10* plus — very good massage– fixed my spasm. My second visit was even better! Same staff, that made me feel«at home». Better than the other local options by far.

I went in to Hand in Stone this weekend for their opening deals, and had a facial with Rebekah. The whole experience was very relaxing, and Rebekah was great. She had an excellent knowledge of products, and selected products individually for my skin type. Not to mention she gave an amaaazing shoulder massage throughout! Overall, lovely experience.
