Dunkin’ Donuts

Holy S this one sucks. Main reason. The Short Fat woman in the AM that’s at the front. Evil little angry miserable woman. She needs to go Awful. She sucks soooo Bad shitty attitude.

I just went to Dunkin’ Donuts at 5:30 AM on a Sunday and the entire ceiling was covered in flies. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. I’m not saying there were one or two flies I’m saying there was a infestation of flies — at least 2 or 3 dozen everywhere. The staff did not seem to mind. I am mediately reported them to the board of health. I’m not sure what’s going on here, when we moved here three years ago this place was great. But the infestation was so awful I’m still gagging 30 minutes later.

Needed some boxed coffee for for a local community group meeting of about 20 – 25 people. Each box serves 10 apparently so I ordered three «Box O’ Joe’s». Each box of coffee came with the standard paper bag filled with the various coffee «accoutrement» (cups, sugar, equal, creamers etc.). The ordering process was simple enough, they filled the order fairly quickly and I was on my way with my three boxes & three bags.
Anyone familiar with getting boxed coffee from DD’s know that paper bags they give you with the coffee are usually assembled in advance and each bag is usually sealed with a sticker of some kind (usually with the DD logo). Once at the meeting, we realized that we were not provided with enough cups. When went to get more the manager (who remembered selling the three boxes) indicated that refused to provide additional cups without charging an additional 25 cents/​each. Even after explaining that we were only provided with about 15 cups (we should have received 30 — again… we had less than 25 people in attendance) the manager (rudely) refused to accept that they filled the order incorrectly and reiterated the additional charge of 25 cents per.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a Dunkin Donuts, but like most of the reviews on here, my service was so horrible that I had to speak up.
I went to this Dunkin Donuts location and ordered an Oreo iced coffee and a donut from the drive through. Strike #1, I was informed that they were all out of donuts. Out of donuts at a Dunkin DONUTS. Ok, whatever, I tell them to just make it the Oreo iced coffee then. I pull up to the window, hand over my money, and after the money was placed into the cash register, I was informed that they were out of Oreo iced coffee. Excuse me, you take my money and THEN tell me you’re out of what I ordered? The girl who took me order asked me if there was anything else I wanted, and at that point I said no, I just wanted my money back. The girl then informed me she would need to get her manager in order to be able to give me my money back. So she disappears to find her manager, and then comes back and says her manager isn’t there so I couldn’t get my money back. Excuse me?! You take my money, cannot provide me with what I ordered, but now you won’t give me my money back???
I insisted that I wanted my money back, and she told me I would need to come back later when her manager came back. I don’t live in Bedford and having to come back was a complete inconvenience, which I told her. She asked one of her coworkers what she should do, and her coworker had a complete attitude problem, basically saying «Too bad, they either come back or they don’t get their money back.» Once the girl relayed this message to me, I insisted that I wasn’t coming back and they needed to give me my money. This went on for several minutes, until the coworker with the attitude rolled her eyes and opened the cash register snapping «I’m going to get into so much trouble for this» and basically throwing the money at me saying «Here’s your money» again, with an attitude.
I don’t expect a Dunkin Donuts to have top of the line service, but this was by far the worst customer service I had ever received. The employees acted as if I was an inconvenience or I was asking for something outrageous! Word of advice to these employees — don’t take a customer’s money before you check if what their ordering is available! Stay far far away from this place.

I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a Dunkin Donuts but here we go.
The other terrible reviews of this location are 100% spot-​on. I live really close to this Dunkins, and it’s convenient to go there, but I’m at the point where I’d rather drive an extra few minutes to go to a different one.
Without exaggeration, they have messed up my order every single time. I don’t even bother with the drivethrough there anymore, because every time I’ve ordered coffee at the drivethrough window, I’ve had to circle back, park, get out, and go inside to report an incorrect order.
Mistakes happen, but when it is every time, it’s a little ridiculous. Additionally, the worse issue is the attitude of the servers. Every time I go there, I feel like I am ruining their day by ordering coffee and giving them business. They are unfriendly, stressed out, and unprofessional.
This is literally the worst Dunkins ever. it’s worth paying the extra $$ and going to the Starbucks down the road instead.

The people working here are so friendly! I just went today august6 and they were kind got my order right and fast. It’s a Dunkin Donuts people! All the coffee is the same and if you get your order right at Dunks its a plus! You aren’t at a mom and pop espresso bar.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. the people there are so rude and the service is terrible. the cashier was rude and would look at us like we were stupid. this is the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’ Donuts

I work in the trades. We like our morning coffee run. Over the last 20 years I’ve been to at least 2 dozen DD’s. Belmont, Acton, Concord, Wellesley, Arlington, Winchester, Bolton, Stow, Hudson, Sudbury, Lexington, Billerica… you get the idea. In all these places the service has ranged from pretty good to excellent. Not here though.
They seem to have 3 speeds: 1) slow, 2) very, very, slow and 3) STOP. My boss who lives right down the street from this place often gets a coffee and he says the same thing. A couple days ago there were two people in front of me with a simple order. It took me FIVE (!) minutes to get my order in. By that time a line of a dozen people behind me had formed.
I’ve been in this place over a dozen times. It wasn’t always this bad. I’ve been in DD throughout the area several hundred times over the past 20 years. These people are
BY FAR the worst.
If you can deal with the Great Rd traffic jam, you’d be better off going to the gas station at the Rt 4, 225 interchange where the service is much better. Avoid this place if you can.

If there was a half star option, I would give it.

The service is SOOOOOOO BAD, unprofessional, and they always mess up coffee orders!
How hard is it to give you a medium iced French vanilla with cream and sugar? …yep, they messed that up!
I work in Lexington near the Bedford Dunkins and no one in our office goes to the Bedford because they are so bad. We would rather drive an extra 3 – 5 miles to another dunkins… That’s saying something!

I am surprised by the low ratings — I drink a lot of coffee, and thus find myself at various Dunkins locations within a 20 mile radius of my home. Out of all of the Dunkins I’ve been to in the past 6 months — from Quincy, to Framingham, to Acton and Westford… this one in Bedford has been the only one to fill my order properly (on a busy Sunday especially)! It had the perfect ratio of ice, sugar, and cream and left me a very happy woman. I will be back!

Seriously the worst dunkins I have EVER been to! I live down the street and this one is my main location but I drive an extra 10 min to the next one just so my day doesn’t start off like crap. They never get the order right, ever. Even if your order is just a coffee! There is one person in particular that has the worst attitude you could ever imagine. She’s short, like 4 feet, quite large and has the mean face of a bull dog. She is so rude and constantly tells people that she hates working there. Here are some other things that happen here
1. Even if your order is wrong, they yell at you and make you pay for it.
2. Have seen employees making out by the drive thru!
3. Have seen bagel get dropped them put back in bakery to be sold.
4. Never wear gloves! Ever!
5. Have told customers «I’m not making sandwiches today so order something else».
The list goes on! The mean fat one needs to leave, the rude blond «manager» sucks and needs to go and the rest need re training on how to make coffee and grab the right donut…
Go to north side convenience. the dd in that gas station rocks! Still on great rd just the opposite way…

The absolute WORST DD I’ve ever been to! Thought I’d try them again after going to SB for a while. Surly, rude, incompetent employees. Had a paper gift card, took them 10 minutes to figure you could just scan it in, including the so-​called Manager helping. Finally they manually entered numbers, and then threw my food at me. Wish I could give them zero stars. Never again. Corporate DD wake up. Get a new owner in there.

Law mandate that you serve food with gloves. Customer service mandates you provide the service we requested… Or the food we ordered.
Double check your orders and don’t leave your disgusting glove in my bag with wrong donut. I ordered food not trash.

I wish I could give no stars for this location. After leaving a negative review and being contacted by the manager j thought I’d give this place another shot thinking things might have improved. Definitely still a horrible place to waste your money! After literally having my bagel thrown at me with no «thank you» or anything from the girl at the window and having my coffee made wrong AGAIN I can honestly say I’ll never waste another dime at this joke of an establishment. The employees are SO rude and rarely make your order correct. Take the extra time and go to Starbucks or the other Dunkins in Bedford.

Easily the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to.
The first time I went, I asked for a breakfast sandwich combo with a small black coffee at the drive through. When we got to the window-​they charged me, gave me a sandwich, and then closed the window. Since I never got the coffee I waited until they came back and they said I never said coffee. So, I took off and made a coffee at home.
Figuring that was just a mistake, I tried em one last time. I went inside and ordered a breakfast burrito and an iced coffee. I got a sandwich and black coffee. They said that’s what I ordered.
Yep-​ok I got it. I won’t come back to this location-​thanks.

Hit or miss with this one. Sometimes they are quick, nice staff, and never screw up an order. Other times, long waits, rude staff, and they totally screw up the order. They can also be even more rude when you point out they screwed up your order. I swear a lot of them hate their job and they take it out on customers. The Bedford Dunkins on North Road is SO MUCH BETTER, but they lack a drive thru. That is largely only why this one gets 2 stars (Should be one star), but it has a drive-​thru.

Used to be alright but now it’s just painful. So gross. So unprofessional. This one store is a slam dunk case for not having a minimum wage. Never in there less than ten mins in the morning. One person working the counter during morning rush. They’re more interested in sassing and arguing with the customers and each other than putting your order together. All I ever get in there is two donuts. The fact that I have anything to complain about speaks volumes.

The drive thru service is slow. On occasion, there will be one very friendly employee. Actually, one time, that employee commented on how much he liked my new car and was asking about it! Other than that… service is slow and they get my order wrong a lot. One time, I asked for a croissant and the woman even repeated it back to me. What did I get? A VEGGIE flatbread. How does that even remotely sound like a croissant? I went all the way back so they could give me the right one. I come here when I’m not in a rush and when I’m not already in a bad mood.

I would have given this location two stars because on occasion I do receive service with a smile BUT I always have to repeat my order several times whether drive thru or at the counter. It’s becomes frustrating because I don’t order anything complicated or special and yet every single time I have gotten my order wrong. I have to spend more time politely asking for what I ordered. On my last visit the server was so rude to my mother and I and made our orders wrong. He proceeded to tell us to just take them as is. My mom’s order was the wrong size and flavor while my latte had been heated so long the milk soured. I’m disgusted by the staff and I am disgusted by Dunkin Donuts for allowing such a terrible location to remain open. It definitely needs a overhaul especially with the drive thru.

This is fine. My order is right 85% of the time (that other 15% really messes up my day but what can you do).
Service is quick and friendly.
I don’t know what you have to do to score a napkin here though… I mean… if you’re handing me a coffee and a breakfast sandwich don’t you think a napkin might be needed? You have to beg, borrow and steal every time.
Overall, this DD gets points for having a drive through because I like to drive to work with my Velcro rollers in my hair and this precludes getting out of my car for coffee.
