Only updating this review to reflect additional issues I’ve had including (but not limited to) the manager speaking negatively about members, to other members, while they are present. There are no words to describe the lack of professionalism shown and is mere reason enough to consider one of the numerous other facilities in the Southern NH area. If a negative review is posted, it would seemingly make more sense to address member concerns versus exuding complete disregard and guffawing with other members.

OK… so I have been a member here for over 2 years… which is long enough to form an opinion or two… Anne the manager is so pleasant and such a joy… the gym is always clean… the members are polite and respectful of your workouts… lacking in self discipline :) I have been working with the training team at the gym and while I do occasionally miss my old trainer Wes my new trainer of the past six months Valerie is just outstanding ! Very happy with the gym !

The gym is nice and clean but it’s small. Nice new equipment and the other members are very polite. The gym doesn’t have a separate room for classes yet and the staff has typically been cold overall. As most gyms do they sign you up for a year and you need to write a formal letter of cancellation a month before your year is up.

I want to love this gym however they don’t cater to an upscale client base. Anyone who goes here it seems they attend as a matter of pure connivence. The staff in front is generally less than helpful, warm or welcoming and no paper towels to dry your hands in the bathroom? What’s that about? And a 5 minute limit on showering? That’s not enough time to wash your hair.
It’s hot in there all the time. Absolutely dreadful in the summer and the lighting over the treadmills is ridiculously dark. Good luck trying to read anything that’s not back lit.
And the music? I’ve heard/​seen multiple complaints about it. This is supposed to be a fitness club not a 70’s Rock revival.
The only reason I continue going to this place is convenience.
They really need to implement changes to help their patrons enjoy their visit. Not dread it.

Awesome gym with excellent new equipment not from the 1970s like those other big name gyms… Plus, Club Fitness has great membership pricing, it’s extremely clean, & they have friendly staff who respect their clients. I’ll say it again, this is an Awesome gym!

The staff keeps everything very clean. Other members are also very polite while working out.
Whether you’re in for a quick cardio work out or strength training. This gym gets the job done!
