Went last week, closed. Don’t know if it’s the plaza reconstruction and if they’ll be back? Really hope so. Until then sadly Dunkins bagels it is.

Delicious and fun. Enjoyed my pumpkin bagel toasted with cream cheese and dark roast coffee. Window into kitchen shows fresh bagels being boiled, baked, then shelved. Friendly service and families sitting around eating. Would go back

For work we were put in a really nice hotel that didn’t include breakfast and we were fairly secluded. So, if we were going to eat there we paid some outrageous prices. This place is friendly, quick, and has some gem selections on their breakfast sandwich menu. Was a great local stop for visiting the area. The manager was super sweet and didn’t charge us for coffee. Definitely will stop by when here for work.

Absolute worst service ever! Where do I even begin? I walked up to the lady making sandwiches and ordered a breakfast sandwich, I ask what bagel is commonly ordered with it, no answer. Ok. She starts opening cheese and throwing her trash all over the floor. I walk over to pay for the sandwich, cashier is just staring at me. No greeting. No smile. No «how can I help you?» Or «are you all set?» Just staring. I pay and I say«have a good day» to which she replies«yup.» Get my sandwiches, no bag, no napkins, and still not a word from these employees. The bagel is horrendously salty. Never again!

Decent bagels, good selection of sandwiches, very friendly, courteous staff. Prices are ok, decent seating and they are conveniently located with good amount of parking. Best bagel option around.

I only buy bagels for take out. They are fresh and there is a great variety. I also enjoy the different types of cream cheese they have. When I bring bagels from Brugger’s at work people are always happy.

The fresh made bagels are astounding. Layout is nice. But the fresh orange juice was very bitty almost lemonade like.

Similar to Panera for breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking is reasonable. There is enough seating arrangements for a good influx of people. I’ll be back to try lunch.

I’m actually at the one in ANDOVER now but for some reason it’s not on Unilocal. Anyway, I was impressed with my Western bagel sandwich. I ate cheese, egg, and bacon, in a bagel sandwich, with some really good sauce. As a sauce man, the sauce can be a deal breaker, or a deal maker. In this case it was the latter. I’m not sure why the reviews are low for this place but I liked my food. I also ordered a cup of coffee, and it wasn’t fair-trade or organic or anything special like that. So the Andover location in particular I give four stars because I like the seating too and I was treated with respect. There is some window seating and plenty of space further inside.

If you know what to expect they do a pretty decent job here. Bagels are freshly baked every day. Sandwiches and lunch not as good as breakfast. Overall I’m a fan. Management is decent as they turn over servers pretty regularly and get then trained and pretty consistent.

Sometimes while driving on the hell on earth that is Great Road during a morning commute, I decide it’s time for breakfast. When I’m feeling particularly sick or masochistic, I choose Bruegger’s! This place is awesome if you don’t like flavor. It’s awesome that they make their bagels there, but they all taste the goddamn same. Plain is plain, cinnamon/sugar is plain but sticky, an everything bagel is plain with stuff that spills in your lap if you try to eat it in the car. I’ve tried so hard to really enjoy what I’m eating but it’s so boring. All the bagels tastes the same, the eggs don’t taste like anything, sausage/bacon/cheese doesn’t taste like anything. You’re only hope at getting any sort of flavor out of this place is getting something like sriracha on a sandwich or a flavored cream cheese… or if you’re REALLY luck the cinamon raisin bagel might have 1 or 2 raisins in it. that taste surprisingly like raisins. Don’t get me started on the coffee. It’s watered down and bland and if I didn’t actually look into the cup I would think I’m drinking hot water. Now this isn’t the fault of this location per say. Service is good even at peak morning hours, the staff is friendly and the place is clean. But I don’t know how the hell this place is such a big chain. Step up your game Brueggers.

It’s a bagel store. That would be one that sells bagels, not four-course gourmet dinners. Their bagels are surprisingly good and probably the closest thing to real bagels on this side of the East River. The coffee is good and generally the service is good too. They have a number of different flavors of cream cheese and will toast your bagels to whatever amount of toasting suits you. Beyond the bagels — be careful. It’s a bagel store. Period.

I am a student at middlesex community college in bedford and I come here often in between classes. The only reason I come here is because it tastes good and the price is acceptable. However, the place is filthy, the manager spends a lot of time on his personal cell phone, they rarely have everything on the menu, the manager is loud and obnoxious, he has given me the wrong change on multiple occasions and forgotten to give me parts of my order. If you are looking for a good place to sit down and enjoy some food, this is not the place to go! Take my advice, grab the food and run!

Nice Brueggar’s with a great location right next to the Whole Foods plaza. I hate to say it, but I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bagel that wasn’t burnt around the edges from this location. Even when they’re not busy at all they manage to overcook it. I also think the prices have gone up, and I’m definitely not a fan of that. For a good bagel selection, and if you just want a simple bagel and cream cheese, you really cannot beat this place though. My latest obsession is rosemary bagel with veggie cream cheese– delicious and not expensive, and fairly fast to get if you’re in a hurry. As far as the seating area, it’s always clean and the wifi is free.

I knew I wasn’t going to get 4 stars with this bagel chain, but it was worse than a Panera bagel. And the service sucked, too.

Because it’s the closest bagel place to our home, we have no choice, but won’t go back anymore. Every booth and table was dirty — had to ask the help(who were doing ABSOLUTELYNOTHING) to clean a table for us. Also had to ask her to clean the dirty chairs that she ignored. The tall 6’4 guy and the girl did nothing but talk to each other as if out on a date, ignorning the fact there was no skim milk, cream, half-half, etc. in the containers at the station where coffee is fixed and the counter was full of spilled sugar and cream. SOUNAPPETIZING!!! I would not have expected this in a neighborhood as nice as Bedford, but when the help is there to socialize and no one cares, that’s what happens. I shudder to think how dirty the back is where the bagels are actually baked. Won’t be going back. I will buy the frozen Finagle a Bagels at the Stop and Shop from now on. WHAT A SHAME!!!

I’ve come here probably about a dozen times, because it is on my way between dropping my kid off at Grandma’s, and my place of employment, and I like to avoid DD. Every time I come here, I order a Western egg sandwich on a honey grain. The Western should have green peppers, onions, bacon, cheese, and eggs, with a chipotle sauce. Every single time they make it differently. One time it was a single thin slice of fresh green pepper and raw onion. Another time it was a large dollop of pickled peppers. One time it was fresh red peppers, another time roasted red peppers. Sometimes the bagel is drenched in chipotle sauce, sometimes it appears there is no chipotle sauce at all. Today, my Western sandwich has no vegetables at all, but lots and lots of bacon… and apparently mayo(what?). So, no stars for consistency of product. But: the service is generally quick and friendly; the coffee is ok, the bagel is good in my opinion.

While my Herbie Turkey had a stack of turkey in it, our friend’s custom Turkey sandwich only had one slice of turkey… both tasted wonderful, though. Our server/assembler also forgot to put cheese on one of our sandwiches, but happily corrected it. I love Brueggers, though, so they only lose one star for the inconsistencies.

Rules broken: 1) Don’t make me feel dumb when I order. «I’ll have a Radishy Roast Beef» comes out as «I just wet the bed.» If you want goofy names for food, empower the customer when they order. Give me the Baconator! Serve me the Lumberjack! I doubt your target demographic still rides the seesaw. 2) Don’t run out of bagels. THEYAREYOURNAMESAKE. Even if I go for a late lunch on a Thursday, you should still have bagels. All of them. Running out of Asiago Softwich(peepeepoopoo) bread, along with four popular varieties of bagels, is extremely bad form. 3) Don’t have inappropriate conversations with your colleagues while customers are present. Regardless of how young and hip they appear, nobody should hear about the record time achieved in your most recent keg stand. Especially when you’re assembling their Leonardo de Veggie(killmestabface) 4) Don’t charge $ 8 for a superdense bagel sandwich comprised of one turkey slice, one ham slice, two flimsy strips of bacon, transparent lettuce and a runt-of-the-litter tomato slice. 5) Don’t expect a return visit. Severely disappointed. Hearts Broken: 1)
