Bed-Stuy Provisions

This is my first review here and not for the food I actually had. However, I was so impressed by their service for delivery I ordered (via Unilocal’s Eat24 service) for my friend. I ordered the highly regarded (by other reviewers here) P.B.L.A.T. sandwich & a cookie. As it was my first order through the service, I also made a phone call to make sure. They responded to my call and took my request with good patience (as my friend’s last name was complicated;) They even called me back when they found the cookie was sold out and asked if it was ok to replace it with a chocolate roll that costs more but w/​o any extra charge (!) My friend received them within the confirmed time (about 50 min), plus really savored them!
I would say they are not hungry for advertisement surprisingly — as they didn’t include any card or menu. So, the friend didn’t even know where the items were delivered from. That is rare. I really appreciate that they are not wasting paper for more business that they may get from the delivery;) (No worries! I told him the great place in his neighborhood!)
I’ll definitely try to head there myself for the next time around.
I also happily found that Eat24 service worked superbly with a good eatery as Bed-​Stuy Provisions! Highly recommended.

What an awesome find on my last day in NYC! Intimate, warm, friendly, and with a small — yet truly unique and delicious menu. If I lived in Brooklyn, I would most definitely frequent here.

Really cute, intimate atmosphere. Good quality pastries and coffee. The sloppy joes are highly recommended!

This was my first time at Bed Stuy Provisions but it won’t be my last! I ordered the Pork Belly Lettuce Tomato and my wife ordered the Roast Beef special of the day– they were both delicious! And the owner is so super nice. Overall an amazing experience and a real treat.

Bed-​stuy Provisions is my new obsession! I wake up most weekends craving the pblat or pork belly breakfast sandwich. It has become a weekly habit. There could be worse things to be addicted to I guess. The apple juice is always fresh and delicious as well. Love this place!

Shall I mention that I am awaiting my breakfast delivery as I type. Yes, 8:22am — and I am in Crown Heights! Great, fresh food. Super friendly owner. There was one day where there was a problem with my order and she bent over backwards to make things right. Highly recommend this place! The breakfast sandwich with Pork Belly is fantastic!

As others have said, the owner is so, so friendly. Perfect spot for some delicious (Toby’s Estate) coffee. The best part: she now stocks 12 oz. bags of Toby’s Estate whole bean coffee for brewing at home. Now I don’t have to go all the way to Bedford Ave. to pick up some good whole bean coffee. Game-​changer!

First order of business: buy all house made pretzels the owner has stocked for the day. Bring to a friend’s kid? Yes. Stop by and surprise granny with one? Yes. Ask them to make you a sandwich with one — DUH. Get there early for a fresh squeezed veggie or fruit juice. But seriously, what a sweet, clean and yummy new café with a delightful owner running the show.

Great new café with strong coffee, house made baked goods & sandwiches. Quiet, good place to work. Prices super reasonable and the owner is the sweetest person!

I love this place! The owner is friendly and funny. The French press coffee is made to order and perfect. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious & It always smells good inside. Try the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, yum!

I am stocked to have this little coffee/​fine groceries joint around the corner from where I live.
The owner is super friendly and makes a wonderful cold brew. I had her homemade red velvet cupcake, they were fluffy and delicious.
Place is cute.
Overall a great new coffee place to check it out.

Really delicious and fresh (albeit expensive, $ 11) chicken sandwich. The owner seems nice but new to the neighborhood– I hope she chooses to embrace it. I’m glad to see new places popping up but we don’t need any more businesses that don’t recognize/​adjust to the neighborhood and community they’re in.
They’ve got 2 – 3 lunch options, a few juices and coffee, and some baked goods.
