I am a fool to have thought that this company would have shown up for 1 of 5 appts.
THEY ARE A SCAM! STAY AWAY !!!
I have been trying to get this company to come out for 6 months. I bought a living social voucher. I had 2 appts scheduled prior to the expiration date, which was in April. They conveniently keep missing the appt and have only 3 of the 5 times even acknowledged they missed the appt. I had living social bring in a conflict resolution person so they scheduled the 3rd time-​which they then blew off. I asked for a refund and they refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong so they won’t provide one. 4th visit-​same thing. It had been a month, so figuring I am out the money both from missing work AND they living social voucher, I decided to give it one last chance. Guess what, they blew off the appt. yet again.
This company goes by 2 names. At Your Service Housekeeping and AYS! BE WARNED. STEAR CLEAR!
