Im giving one star because when I go inside the branch the service is quick and friendly however every time I go through the drive through I literally sit for 15 minutes. I don’t even get acknowledged so I don’t know if they got my deposit or what is going on. They need to say something in the beginning so the customer is not waiting and growing with frustration because they have not been properly communicated with. I am sitting in the drive through right now and it has been over 30 minutes and I wish I was exaggerating but I’m not! I hit the call button and they came 5 minutes later apologizing and saying they have a long line in the front so I guess that means this is not first come first serve? What a horrible way to show your customer how they are appreciated. This is not the first time either. This is every time I go through the drive through but now i am frustrated beyond my limit. Time to bank somewhere else or visit another branch.
