Since installing the kiosks the number of tellers has decreased and the lines are longer. Last time I was there around 8 people were waiting in line. Several of the other employees were standing around looking at the line with no care. One woman in a far office leaned forward in her chair to check the amount of people in line, leaned back and then resumed eating her potato chips. April and Wendy(tellers) always do a great job and recognize me. The other people that work there really need to work on their customer service skills and recognize when a teller needs some additional help so the customers won’t be waiting in line for 2 minutes.
