When I consider obtaining services from any professional I look for someone that is knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate. In all my interactions with Wayne I have found him to be all three. After talking, even for a short time, with Wayne, you can tell that he knows his business and is truly concerned with the welfare of his clients. If you are shopping around, I encourage you to have a chat with him and see for yourself– you don’t have to take my word for it (but you can).

In October of 2013 my firm agreed to move this agency so they could get new carpets and walls painted. After we had moved the contents out and then back into their new offices, they refused to pay their invoice. After multiple calls and e-​mails we negotiated a $ 177.00 reduction just to get paid and close their file. I would not do business with this insurance agent.
