History
Established in 1995.
VTM Group was founded in 1995 by Richard Baek to provide event management services for technical conferences and workshops. We eventually expanded to support a full suite of services for associations, alliances, standards bodies, professional societies, and non-profit organizations of all sizes. In 2006, VTM Group bought a 28,600 square-foot building in Beaverton, Oregon which originally housed a bank. As such, we offer a unique infrastructure in which to preserve confidential material. It’s this building in Oregon where we manage more than 50 of the most successful associations in the world. Today, VTM Group has expanded offices to Austin, Texas and includes the following services:
