UPDATE: I’ve done business at the store and it’s always been a positive experience. However on Friday, 1÷22÷16 I went to adjust my bill for an employee discount. The young man helping me just did NOT want to address the issue. He gave up way too easy and the retort was«I can’t find the address, you better check with your HR dept». OK, that gets me out of the door but it does not solve the issue. «Check with HR». I asked we persist and he finally found the right address. The email address I gave him did not work so he suggested we «look up some of your co-worker’s emails». Seriously? A group of salesmen were chatting in the corner and this guy was way more interested in joining the chat session than helping me. Finally I got the discount resolved. I was all ready to get a new Iphone(upgrade is due) but I wasn’t confident this could be done correctly. I’ll try another store another time.

I went to get help because I am from Beaverton, Oregon, but at the time lived in Australia and wanted to test an Australian sim card before I bought a phone. These guys were SOUNHELPFUL and looked at me like my request was outlandish. I wasn’t going to drop $ 500 on an unlocked phone and get back to Australia and find out it didn’t work. Anyway, I went to another Verizon dealer, the one past 185th and TV Highway towards Hillsboro. the BEST! they were so helpful and patient and helped me with the sim card and connected the phone w me to test it out. They totally understood why I wanted to test it out and would have done the same thing. Anyway go to that one . Stay clear the one off cedar hills. they are only convenient because of the location. Make a trip out towards the one in Aloha.

Aaron asked me «what all are we doing for you today» when I walked in the door. No smile, no greeting. As a matter of fact Aaron never smiled once during our whole interaction. When I made a joke to try to lighten the mood, not only did he not get the joke, but he refused to get the joke even when I explained it to him. He stood there like a tall angry hipster who wishes he was eating at his favorite food cart, tossing back a few microbrews with his Bros. His whole demeanor was one of annoyance. He acted as if even my questions were not the right questions, and was about as close to rude as you can get without actually going over the edge. I felt demeaned, ridiculed and treated like an idiot. When I finally demanded that he directly answer my question he refused to do so. Goodbye Verizon. Goodbye $ 387 bill every month for four phones and four gigs of data. I now know why Aaron has a second«A» in his name.

Since I wrote my first review I have spoken to the manager and my issue has been corrected. I can only give 3 stars because I shouldn’t have had to go through the steps that I did to get a resolution. Thank you Eric and Bethany for all of your help. A special thanks to Elizabeth Q. for your help in getting this situation under control and resolved.

I was hesitant to go to this store because of the reviews here but my son said he had nothing but great service. I must agree with him. There was no high pressure to buy any particular phone or plan. He listened to what I wanted and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I walked in just wanting an upgrade to the iPhone Plus. I felt like I was in a used car lot with the most complicated salesman, trying to sale me the deal of the century with confusing handwritten«math on paper, instead of simple long-term 10 year customer service. I walked out frustrated.

Horrible customer service! I recommend going to a different store! Don’t waste your time here! They do not know what they are talking about and made us wait for half an hour for nothing! I would give it no stars if I could

As expected, this place is a waste of time. They will try to scam you with bundle deals and misleading discounts only to charge you more in the end. If you get Aaron, just walk out. I got dumber listening to his BS sales pitch. Just go down to apple or other big box retailers, much better use of your time!

I’m sure there’s a reason to their rhyme but honesty, it’s so frustrating to have someone standing at the front to check you in but there are 2 employees who are standing around. Maybe I’m incorrect but I waited a few mins for the same guy to eventually help me when he could’ve simply answered my 1 minute request. There has to be a more efficient way vs asking for a phone number. I think someone should be up front but no rotation for a few hours. That employee would have a list of names and when an employee isn’t busy they check in with the front.
