Staff seem friendly, but definitely overextended. There never seem to be enough people to handle the constant flow of customers. Just be prepared for the wait. They’re great at dishing out the basics, but apparently anything with chai in it, is overly complicated. Three times now, three different attempts at three different variations, and three misses. A chai frappuccino is not green. Thanks for the green tea frappuccino. An iced chai with soy milk, is not ice-water with a squirt of chai. Chai with soy milk, is not watered down chai syrup that appears almost clear. This store is stretched so thin, there’s no quality control. I’ll just meander up the road to the next Starbucks.

The staff here is super friendly. I’ve been coming here for over a year and they all know me by name and know what drink I’m going to get. You will not be disappointed when you come here.

I frequent a lot of Starbucks and this one just seems to be subpar. They rarely have anything but ½ & ½ out for regular coffee, this morning they didnt have vanilla powder or chocolate powder out. The guy said they were out. Then i reached over the counter and picked up a couple of packs of honey because they were litteraly right there where they set the drinks and e just about bit my head off and said he has to give them to me. The table i chose to work at of course had honey spiled on it, guess that was the Starbucks Angel punshing me for violating the reach behind the counter rule. I just cleaned it myself. It seems as though this Starbucks gets so much traffic they just dont care like other Starbucks that i visit.

Consistently slow service in the mornings, even when it isn’t busy. Never have the Blonde roast brewed, so it’s always a pour over. Never have I gone to a Starbucks where they didn’t have the Blonde roast available, but perhaps it’s not a popular choice at this location. A pour over is usually decent, but not here; several times now it’s been either too weak or too strong, which seems odd. Whatever the case may be, I’ll start going to the Black Rock down the road for their better tasting coffee.

I have been to many different Starbucks locations and this one is the worst I have been in. Customer service is RUDE.

My wife and I come here 5x a week because we work across the street. The customer service is usually decent, but it all depends on who is working. I just have to say that Sarah’s customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I have never experienced such a negative person in customer service. She is always in a sour mood. Sarah shakes her head at you if you make her repeat herself or if she can’t hear your order. But at that point, her demeaning attitude should be in full force with a glare, raised voice and a fake smile which now has spoiled your morning away and you realize why you hate that place so much. Well Sarah, you should quit your job and find somewhere else to work because you are ruining that location. Maybe you should work for credit card collections?

Great customer service(depending on who is working). They make my green tea lattes so yummy. Just the right amount of matcha.

This had been my morning stop on my way to work, simply it is the only SB I drive by. The staff is friendly and doing their job. I have lost my liking to this location. First, they have two registers but there are NEVER two open! The line gets long and they juggle with trying to keep up… there is never a dedicated register person even, they have to step away and do other stuff, even with a long line. Suffice it to say, it can be a long process from walking in and walking out with your coffee. Order food and that time gets longer, I have seen many people have to ask where their sandwich is only to find it was never started or whatever. That is if you can get a breakfast sandwich, they are always out way too early. Bottom line is this location needs to be staffed better and food planning needs improvement. I guess this is tied back to profit goals, cost cutting and efficiencies somehow, but since other locations are not the same, I am guessing it has to do with the location manager. I in different SB’s regularly and this one is the worst I have been in.

Do NOT go here to study! My classmate and I went there to study and were thoroughly unimpressed with the service and quality of the environment. First off, the internet service was very slow and cut out often. Second, the staff started cleaning and closing the shop at six pm. The shop didn’t officially close until 8 pm and we felt extremely pressured to leave. Additionally it was very loud because they were vacuuming and smelled of chlorine. One of the staff members came over and took the second chair away from our table and while pulling the chair out pulled the computer charger out of the socket. It bent the prongs really badly so now the charger does not stay in the socket. When we brought this up with the staff member she basically accused us of lying and did not say sorry or offer to compensate us. Overall this was an awful experience and not a good environment for studying or having a relaxing cup of coffee with a friend! Albeit this was one experience, but my first and last!

The coffee is tried and true starbucks. The reason i’m reviewing is this is one of my favorite places in Beaverton to people watch. There’s something really interesting about the clientele here :)

It really is hit and miss here as far as friendly goes. A co-worker and I come here probably every other week at least during the work-day for a pick-me-up. Pluses– I’ve never had them mess up an order and often we come in with 5 or 6 drinks needed with varying degrees of ridiculous requests. They always are friendly at the register. They know people who are legit regulars, calling them by name and asking them about personal things. Negatives– Some days they are very slow, probably partly due to the chit chat. It is what it is, I guess I’d rather have a barista that pays attention and cares than someone who treats you like a number– with a highly commercialized chain, it’s never a guarantee. Also, often the person making drinks is so distracted by the drink making, the kid of shove drinks at you without even making eye contact. All in all, a nice place visit.

Recently introduced to Macha Green Tea I have been on a mission to satisfy taste-buds all too regularly. So much so I get the shakes when I haven’t inhaled one in days. I won’t be satisfied until I hook up an I.V. and pump it straight into my veins. At the rate of their cost that may end up being my only option! Whodathunk a green tea could be so expensive?! During my last visit I tried to ask about the benefits of the rewards program but quickly became uninterested as my ‘jones’ started to kick in and take over. I began twitching as the barista went into detail about«buy twenty teas and get a half cup for 10% off» or something. All I could think about was getting my fix! «Okay. Thanks for explaining. I’ll think about it» was all I could muster as my neck started itching. «Where’s my Matcha?! Matcha Matcha Matcha MATCHAAAAA»

I love the location, but not so much the layout. This is a particularly small Starbucks. The service is as good as you’d expect, but the seating and standing room is particularly limited. Specifically, the little station where you’d go to add creamer/sugar/etc is in a very awkward location. If you need to get to it, you’ll have to throw some elbows(or ask nicely for someone to move) to get through the crowd who are waiting for their drink to appear on the Magical Drink Delivery Shelf of Happiness™.

Starbucks are everywhere…(yes, call me Cap’n Obvious). So what warrants a 5-star rating for this one in the Walker Road Fred Meyer complex? Service. This has been my off & on coffee shop for 7 years — and today, they earned the next 7 years of business. I went in on behalf a local non-profit that I was fundraising for and without a moment of hesitation, Tim, the manager, gave me what I asked for and more. Starbucks is a monolithic corporation but today, this store showed they care about the community they live and work in. Show ‘em some love the next time you need a caffeine fix!

I have only had one cup of coffee I actually liked from any Starbucks. They do have really cool cups for sale and a nice inside for sitting and chatting away with friends, but the coffee… not so great. it is got a strange chalky taste to it, usually not mixed/stirred well. I never drink coffee here, my kids didn’t even like their hot choc. Usually friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Not my choice for Coffee.

What’s better than free coffee? Nothing, I tell ya! Oh, just to clarify: this Starbucks is NOT giving away free coffee. It’s just that nearly everyone I know is privy to the fact that I subsist on espresso on most days, I received a cajillion dollars worth of Starbucks gift cards this past holiday season. Sure, Starbucks coffee is about as tasty as mud that accumulates outside your local Jiffy Lube. But the trick is to order six shots of their espresso for every 8-ounce cup(which, to the uninitiated, is called a «short» in Starbucksese). This would then be roughly similar to a serving of drip coffee from Stumptown, for instance. I have a tweaked-out co-worker who would swear by this. And, for my safety, I simply have to agree with him. Anyway, if you’re going to have to contend with Starbucks coffee, I would highly suggest that you visit this particular store. In addition to being right next to a substantial Fred Meyer location(and other services), they are lightning quick regardless of how busy they are, and they serve you with a smile(albeit the creepy kind).

This Starbucks is conveniently located by the swimming pool across the street, making it convenient for the families of traveling swimmers needing their caffeine fix. They were patient when I came with 4 little girls who all needed to pay separately and weren’t sure what to order. This is also the first Starbucks that I’ve seen offering an Italian Soda. It is kind of nestled around the corner from the Fred Meyer’s so you have to look a little to find it.
