Spa 4 Paws

Tim is the best! He cares so much about our little Maltese and goes out of his way to make sure she is well taken care of. We completely trust him as we have for more than 6 years now.
He is punctual, friendly, professional and does a great job with our pup’s «spa treatment». It is so much better having him come to us with our busy schedules and we know that our pup is happier not sitting at a groomer’s for hours waiting to be done and for us to pick her up. And not doing ourself is even more convenient since we wouldn’t do nearly as great a job!

Tim WAS my groomer for over 5 years. On August 12^th as I was sitting in my living room waiting for my dogs groom to be completed, I heard the most horrible Unilocal coming from my dog, I quickly ran outside to find my dog 3 ½feet away from the groomers vehicle writhing in pain. After encouraging the dog get up on his own to no avail Tim carried my dog back into my house explaining that he thought the dog had hurt his paw while «jumping» out of the vehicle. After taking the dog to the veterinarian, I was informed that BOTH OF MY DOGS FRONT LIMBS WERE BROKEN, and would need to be SURGICALLY SET. When I called Tim because his insurance company was stalling he says to me «I TURNED IT IN TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY, DON’T CALL ME AGAIN» Tim’s insurance company refuses to pay, telling my attorney that Tim does not have coverage for damage to other’s property. UNLESS YOU HAVE 5000.00 LAYING AROUND TO GET MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR YOUR ANIMAL, I STRONGLY SUGGEST/​RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR GROOMING NEEDS. I don’t understand how he could be so NEGLIGENT AND ALLOW MY DOG TO JUMP OUT… WHAT IF HE WOULD HAVE BEEN HIT BY A CAR? Thankfully, I could get the injuries the attention they needed. Now I am having to pursue legal action to remedy this situation. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE HE DOESN’T DO THE RIGHT THING AND DOES NOT HAVE CORRECT INSURANCE COVERAGE BEWARE!

We lost our regular groomer, so I looked around Unilocal for someone to groom my Mothers Schnoodle. I called Tim who incidentally no longer works for Aussie Pet Mobile, he is now called Spa 4 Paws. I explained my Mother is dying and her dog is about the only thing keeping her going. I explained we wanted the Puppy Cut and he indicated he knew what that was and he had groomed many Schnoodles. I made the appointment and he groomed my Mom’s dog.
The experience was horrible, the cut is not a Puppy Cut and is totally uneven and looks shaved in spots, I could have done a better job myself. The dog was basically scalped all over her body, it looks horrible. The dog came back with a soaking wet head? I thought part of the grooming process was drying the dog. He knew he did a poor job and said he was giving her a price break, but yet he charged her the full price he quoted her when he came.
Mom’s dog is the sweetest little thing and today (two days later) she still has sore feet and ears from the what I assume to be rough handling during her grooming session.
I would avoid Tim at all costs.
