Meet the Business Owner

Meredith S.

Business Owner

Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon, a passion for problem solving and a love of numbers, Meredith founded SOS NW in the late 1970s. She’s been helping business grow and run more smoothly ever since.

One of the earliest masters of Intuit’s QuickBooks, Meredith has worked with the software since 1992 and has been a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, giving professional Portland QuickBooks training since 1998. She is an excellent teacher, communicator and role model for her team and her clients. Meredith and her team are detail oriented, reliable, and extremely organized and will be a valuable asset to your business. When she’s not making QuickBooks sing for her clients, Meredith enjoys riding horses, swimming and dabbling in real estate investments. After that, you’ll usually find her learning about any number of new subjects and spending quality time with her four cats.
