So went went in for dinner last night knowing that it was a $ 6.99 dinner buffet. We needed something quick and were in the mood for pizza. The buffet was consistently being supplied and refreshed. They were making smaller amounts of pizza but that was allowing for it always be fresh. They also taking request for what type of pizza they were serving. Even if you wanted something a little unusual they were willing to get it right out. This was our first experience with the buffet, we will be back when we need a quick pizza fix on a Tuesday.

I had a terrible experience at this Round Table location, will never come back and will advise my friends and family to not support it as well. They lost my carry-out order twice. If you have guests or are ordering for an event, do not depend on this place. You will waste time, be hungry, and then need to find another option for dinner after you leave angry. I placed my order over the phone(6:35PM) for a carry-out order and upon arriving at the restaurant at the time specified it would be ready(7:10), my order had not been started and the ticket was lost. I was told it would be put in the oven in 2 minutes. I asked how long it would take after it was put in the oven and was told 6 minutes. I patiently took a seat and waited. At 7:30 I asked the cashier what the status of my order is and again, the ticket was lost and obviously not started. I asked for my money back and to speak with the manager. The manager said, «It was just two lost tickets» to me. I felt that statement did not express customer commitment and belittled my time. I was offered free pizzas but did not want to waste another hour waiting. Round table needs to take a closer look at this location’s operation and management. It is unacceptable that a customer’s order is lost twice without a sincere apology.

I like Round Table Pizza. Where ever you go it always tastes the same. Portland, San Jose, Honolulu, where ever you go, it’s pretty consistent. It brings me back to my parent’s taking me out after the soccer game and playing astroids. It isn’t the best pizza, but it is better than many of the other delivery places out there. I go with a traditional pepperoni and that always seems to hit the spot nicely. This location is set back in a strip mall. Parking shouldn’t be a problem cause where it’s located isn’t too busy usually.

Terrible customer service at its finest… Round Table has changed the names of the pizza on their menu in an effort to promote a «knights of the round table» sort of theme. I hadn’t had their pizza in years, so when I called in, I asked for a combination pizza. The girl described the pizza I wanted as a «Veggie Delight» which didn’t seem right, but she insisted that’s what it was. I ordered it, added pepperoni, and waited for it to be delivered. When we received the pizza, it had veggies on it that didn’t belong there. In fact, when I am done with this, I am going to Congress and lobbying that these toppings become illegal. On top of this, it had a creamy-garlic-vomit-inducing sauce. Their version of «pan crust» is also laughable. The worst part? I’m out 30 bucks, I’m still hungry, and food did not magically grow in my pantry during this whole mess. I rue the day you were born Round Table Pizza!
