Portland Shuttle Service

Great customer service, but felt unsafe due to driver’s behavior. He was right on time, very nice, dressed professionally, squeaky clean Honda min-​van, with leather seats, bottled water in cup holders, and driver was very helpful loading luggage. However, he was operating 2 cell phones at the same time while driving, often with his eyes off the road, and not staying within lanes as a result. He had 2 blue tooth headsets sitting right next to him, but said he didn’t like using them. Driver showed off a PDX granted customer service award on the back of the seat. But that must not be based on driver safety. He asked if he could drop me off across the street on the arrival level in order to accommodate another regular customer. I was okay with that, but not everyone might be. He also expected me to pay him then, and was not aware that I had already paid online. It seems he is sub-​contracted by Portland Shuttle Service? His business card says U.S.A. Airport Shuttle. I would probably find a different company next time. Price was fair.

I stayed at the crown plaza hotel in Lake Oswego in Portland Oregon. Called in a day before for a ride to PDX and got picked up on time. I also received a confirmation (wake up call) 35 minutes prior to the pick up time. The driver was there 5 minutes early. Nice guy and a very comfortable ride in a Odyssey Van. The price was the lowest compared to couple other places I called. Will use them again. their Website is:
