I started coming here last year in search of a hairstylist who could cut and color coarse curly hair — well Tina definitely stepped up to the occasion! I love that she gives me real advice rather than trying to upsell products and she makes my hair look great. So when I came in last time to get my hair done, I asked about the lash extensions service they had. She said Stephanie does them and she even had them done by her and they turned out well.
I had been looking for a little over a month to entrust an experienced esthetician with my virgin eyelashes. Despite my skepticism, Stephanie did an amazinggg job and for such a reasonable price! I love coming here already and will now be in every few weeks to take advantage of all of their services — facials and nails too!

I got a bikini wax today and I must say it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had! Rebeka was so kind and made me feel totally comfortable. She was also very thorough and her space was very nice. I will be going to her from now on!

I feel compelled to write about the best waxer ever! Rebeka! I have plenty experience with this type of service since I relocated from Florida and there… well it’s a way of life to get waxed very often. I have gone to Rebeka several times already in the short time I have been in Oregon and I gotta tell you, if you are waxing for the first time or do not go often to wax, Rebeka is your girl! There is a sense of ease and comfort while you get waxed which in turn minimizes the pain because as we all know, waxing is not painless but it can be a minimum amount of pain! I have quite a bit of experience with waxing salons and professionals and Rebeka is the best! Which by the way, I better get on it since it’s time for my next appointment!

After moving to Oregon, it was time to find a new hair stylist… a dreaded task after going to the same trusted person for over five years!
Jody was awesome. She cut my hair exactly as I wanted and was extremely friendly and welcoming.
Minus one star because the salon isn’t the most appealing looking for the prices that are charged. I was expecting more of a higher end salon. This was not, in my opinion.

This review is for REBECCA who is an esthetician at Platinum. I got a referral from a friend because I decided to take the plunge and get a Brazilian. She made an excellent first impression and was very friendly and personable. The room where she waxes doesn’t feel sterile and cold like a doctor’s exam room, it’s cute and decorated with a French theme and there’s a scentsy and everything is neat and tidy. She gives you a towel to cover up and keeps you covered as she waxes so you’re not just exposed and laying out there. Rebecca is the sweetest and so easy to get along with. She knows what she is doing and does a very thorough job. And as if she can’t get any better she’s extremely affordable! I guarantee she’s got the best rates in Washington county. I will definitely be back and I’m so glad I found her.

I had a great waxing experience today! Usually when I go in to get everything done at other places I leave feeling sticky from the bits of wax left over not to mention the patch or two that’s been missed but today I’m completely smooth and not sticky at all. Plus it was quick and the least painful wax I’ve ever got!!! Ill be back!!!

I just got my hair cut and high lighted. Heather did such an awesome job. My kids said it was the best haircut I have ever had. My 30 year old said it made me look 10 years younger. I would highly recommend Heather for all your hair needs :)

Wow! Such a gem in Beaverton/​Aloha. The reception staff was kind and helpful. My stylist, Cindy, really paid attention and took time with my hair before washing and cutting it. I was so relieved to finally find someone I can trust with my hair. I definitely look forward to going back.

Nikki is a great haircutter. Salon had later hours. Love the tea coffee wine offerings. Staff was great. No complaints. Happy new client referring others.

I’ve been trying to hold it in but I can’t any longer. Note that this rating is not for the salon as a whole. I just apparently didn’t get paired with a stylist that people are ranting and raving about on here. I’m so beyond bummed out with my haircut, that was cut lopsided to begin with. And then when I went back to get it fixed by her, my cut came out even worse and waayyy too short. «A» was very sweet and funny, but I won’t go back to her. Meanwhile, I’m loading up on vitamins waiting for my hair to grow out to a more fixable level. *sigh*

The salon is very nice and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Tina is wonderful! I have seen here several times for both color and style and she nails it every time. She is very open about suggesting what will or won’t work and I appreciate that.

My previous waxer has moved away so I have been on a mission to find a new one! I had purchased a few Groupons to test out different places & hadn’t had the best experiences until I met Rebekah!
She was very welcoming, friendly & open. Brazilian’s are not the most comfortable services to get but she made me feel at ease the whole time! Her bubbly & warm personality made the appointment fly by.
Overall I had a great experience & will be going back!

Good prices, great cut and amazing color.
I have been searching for a new hair salon for over a year now. I had a great hair stylist but she quit. In the last year I have been to 9 different places. So many horror stories to tell. From dying my hair orange when I wanted purple, to cutting it like a 5 year old with scissors would, I didn’t think I would be able to find someone as good as my last girl.
The first thing that made me happy was that they wanted me to come in for a consultation before my appointment. This was because I wanted to dye some of my hair purple. So I went and met with Nikki. She looked at my hair for a while and we talked about what I wanted. She was completely honest with me about what she thought we needed to do and what it would take. I was going on a vacation that weekend so she even stayed later for me the next day so that I could get my hair done before hand!
Not only did she give me a great cut, but she did such an amazing dye job! I always run into issues with dying my hair. Usually its because they don’t have enough dye (even though they look at my hair and tell me its doable) or it comes out a completely wrong color. Nikki did great!
I definitely think this is a place to go! I am going to be telling everyone I know about it. And will be sending lots of people Nikki’s way!

I come here a lot and always have a great experience! Dawn is my go to gal, and she always does an amazing job, and helped me get back to my natural hair color so smoothly. Also, Heather styled my moms hair for her birthday and it turned out so gorgeous!!! Never disappointed :)

I saw autumn again today. My previous visit was in February. So it’s been about 7 months. She still remembered me & the little details we talked about last time. I was really surprised & thought that was awesome. I was a little put off that my total was 5 dollars more then last time, now $ 40. But oh well… She’s still amazing regardless. :)

Ask for Melinda for color and style!
The price is reasonable $ 75 for touch-​up, wash, conditioning, blow dry and style.
Melinda is generous with her knowledge, she patiently answer all my questions related to my permed hair and gave me do’s and don’ts.
I am coming back to her for my weekly hair wash and style!
The place is nice, clean and people are friendly.

Cindi is a miracle worker ! I am so happy I found such a talented and exceptional artist and person ! She takes her job so seriously and she is damn good at at ! She takes such pride and really goes out of her way to make sure I am happy with her work! She stays in really good communication with me always to ensure my satisfaction ! I look forward to my 2 hrs with Cindi every 6 weeks and feel like I’m hanging out with my best friend! She is a true genius when it comes to hair and she knows what she’s doing ! I have never trusted anyone with my hair but with Cindi I could walk in and say «surprise me «! And I know with full certainty that I would leave happy every time ! I’m so very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of Platinum ! They sure do have a good thing going and these ladies know service !

Katie is absolutely amazing! She has definitely worked her magic on my overly processed hair, starting by taking me from cherry/​red hair to platinum blonde and now to a subtle ombré. I refer everyone I know to Platinum, all of their staff is very friendly and the salon itself is nicely decorated and well kept. Not to mention they offer a variety of services to fit your budget and needs!

Since initially coming here, I’ve gone to Candice and Autumn several times. Candice waxed my legs for my bachelorette party, as well as my eyebrows and waxed my eyebrows and my bridesmaid’s eyebrows for the wedding. She stayed late, after they had officially closed in order to fit all my girls in. Autumn was there and gave me a complimentary trim up in the nape of my neck (I have an a-​line, short in the back style), so I would look perfect for my wedding. They remember me and when I went back in after my wedding to get a trim, Autumn remembered a lot of the details of the wedding that I wouldn’t have expected. I love my hair every time she cuts it and Candice always does an amazing job with my eyebrows.
Additionally, Candice is amazing at facials and Cody is an amazing masseuse. She listens to what your body is saying and treats all the right spots.
I’m very impressed with these ladies!

I wish that I could give Jody Jobin 100 stars, she is nothing short of amazing! My husband and I have been going to Jody for about 10 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. In the 10 years that I have been going to Jody, there have been a handful of times that I was not able to get in and had to see someone else. Each time that I have gone to someone else, I have had to have Jody fix the other stylists work. I know that my hair is difficult, but not impossible and Jody is the only one that has been able to get it right. My husband also, has very thick, curly hair and he refuses to let anyone else cut his hair.
I do not color my hair, but have seen the work that Jody does and would recommend her for color as well.
If you are looking for an amazing stylist, I would highly recommend Jody! Not only does Jody listen to what you want and make suggestions, she is not afraid to tell you if what you want will not work for your hair type. I enjoy talking with Jody and am always happy when I leave.
Jody can often squeeze you in last minute, but she is a popular stylist and I recommend calling ahead.
