Recently used Palatable Persuasions for a family reunion and we all know how stressful that can be. There was about 50 of us plus about 25 kids.
Even though we did not have and exact count, Matt the owner, was on top of dishes and nade sure that we had enough variety to accommodate the different dietary needs my family has. I was grateful for that (and amazingly so was my aunt!)
I will definitely use Palatable Persuasions again!

I have used Palatable Persuasions many times and am impressed by the knowledge of the chef, the professionalism and the quality of the food. He has cooked personal meals for me to use at work as I am gluten, dairy and soy free and did an intimate dinner party for a good friend’s birthday starting with appetizers and moving through various courses to dessert, each time paring different drinks. It was fabulous! As someone who does not cook, I recently I used him to make a custom gluten free dessert I could take to a dinner and it was a huge hit! I appreciate that he is able to be creative while paying mindfulness to my food allergens.
