Look elsewhere for good care for your family member. my experience with this company was good at first, but then took a turn when they did not treat their staff members with any sort of credibility of respect. The Rn (s) will hardly ever make it to visit the patients. And staff in the office won’t answer calls from home health staff or family in a prompt matter, leaving you to guess when in question of something. Overall, not a good experience and I honestly believe patients deserve the best of the best. This company misguide their employees and then gets them in trouble when they do what they were asked you to do. No organization in patient care plans. Caregivers are left to wing it. For caregivers they don’t give them enough information to help the patients in the way each individual needs. There are many wonderful highly reputable home health agencies in the area, I suggest look elsewhere.
