History

Established in 1985.

David Gray started his legal practice in downtown Portland, Oregon in 1985 as a member of an insurance defense and business litigation law firm. He litigated and won numerous auto accident cases, at that time representing insurance companies. He also represented and formed hundreds of businesses for clients, and litigated their business disputes and began his long time work with Probate and Estate Planning.

In 1990 a senior partner left. The remaining attorneys formed «Swensen & Gray.» David quit working for insurance companies and started litigating auto accident and other personal injury cases only for injured parties — not insurers. He continued his business practice and his assistance for individuals in preparing Wills and Trusts.

David is an active arbitrator, having arbitrated hundreds of personal injury cases and business dispute for courts in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties.

In 2015 David moved his practice to his current location in Beaverton, Oregon
