Wow, another excellent experience with JMI Limousine. We’ve used them in the past and once again Johnny worked with us to provide a beautiful limo for my nieces wedding day. We needed to make multiple trips to the venue and get folks home from the event at different times throughout the evening. Our driver Ron was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely punctual, did an outstanding job of communicating with us throughout the day/​evening and got everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. I can’t say enough great things about this company and our driver, we will absolutely use them again and we highly recommend them.

On my wedding day my husband and I were surprised by friends with a gorgeous limo from JMI. Our driver, Dave, was unbelievably gracious and helpful making out special day that much more memorable. The limo was one of the most beautiful, clean, smooth and state of the art that I have seen. We were driven all around Portland to take pictures and enjoy the city with absolutely the most accommodating driver. Thank you Dave and JMI for being such a special part of our day! Your graciousness will for ever be remembered!

AMAZING!
Had so much fun with the Zebra limo — people treat you differently when you are riding in style. You are the star of the night. All drivers treat you like a million bucks. I’d suggest having a bottle of champagne ready to go with their champagne glasses. Super cheap, totally worth the price. Just do it — you’ll never forget it.

JMI Limousine is the BEST! They saved the night for our dance team this past weekend. We had booked two party buses with another limo company, and at the last minute the other company could not provide insurance information… Which meant we were not able to proceed with the scheduled services. I began my search again with less than 48 hours before the date for a party of 38. Johnny made a few exceptions to make the night happen, and they were able to provide everything needed the same day!
The night of, Doug (the driver) was there early and the Fleet Party Bus was spectacular! Doug made the trip so much fun for the dance team, but really went above service when one of the girls left a pair of shoes on board. Once he saw them he came to our drop off location to make sure she got them back.
Bottom line, this is the only limo company I will ever want to do business with again! You guys rock!

So far so good! We’ve not yet actually had our limo night, but after calling many companies in Portland today, Taylor was very sweet and helpful. We had about a million questions for her and she was patient and informative. The booking process was smooth, and we can’t wait for the surprise birthday we have waiting for us next weekend! Also, the best prices that I could find, yet still very reputable.

This review is long overdue, but I feel compelled to write it. I’ve dealt with many limousine/​livery companies over the years — multiple cities and various countries, and Johnny at JMI has, without a doubt, the most professional and personable service out there.
With less than a week’s notice I had to book a small bus to go down to Eugene on a Saturday for a Ducks game. Not only did Johnny enthusiastically respond, he ensured all our needs were met with while remaining incredible flexible. We had to make several changes in the days leading up to it, and there was never an issue from anyone on his staff. On the actual day our driver, Shawn, was courteous, efficient, respectful and incredibly proficient, without being the typical «clock-​watching» driver one sometimes gets.
The vehicle (the «party bus», a small luxury bus) was clean, well-​kept, super comfortable and made for a great social experience. I’d argue the ride there and back was as enjoyable as the game.

Ordered Limo for wine tour to use as a team building for my company. Had a great experience booking, with Johnny listening to our needs and proposing the good solutions that were very price competitive.
On the day of the event, limo showed up on time with a very friendly driver and a great server. We all enjoyed the top quality limo and very comfortable accommodations. Despite hitting typical traffic for a summer Saturday, the driver was very capable and no one even noticed the slow down.
Server was also very helpful and professional, keeping everyone’s needs in mind and making sure we had a great time.
Only bad part was when it was over — would definitely recommend using them in the future.

I went thru JMI and hired a limo to drive my wife and I around town for V-​Day. I have to say that I could not be happier with the service that I got. Starting from making first contact with Johnny at the office and the extremely polite driver David, this company has been an extreme pleasure to deal with. David picked us up from Vancouver on time despite there being insane rush hour traffic. And I know he drove from Beaverton. He was very courteous and accommodated all the change in plans that we had throughout our 6 hour trip. I really thank the whole team at JMI for putting this together and cant wait to use them again. Because of their superior service they have made a customer for life!

We used them for a wine tour, which we do at least 2x a year here and in CA and this was by far the best experience. Our driver Tan, was so knowledgeable (and I am in the industry) and extremely professional.
The limo was clean, comfortable, on time and took us every where we wanted to go. Great job JMI, you are for sure going to be getting repeat business from me and references.

I have used JMI’s services several times now, and have been more than satisfied each time. They are always on time, limos are super clean, price is right, and I love the drivers! Victor & Harvey are my favorite drivers. If you are thinking of reserving a limo on a Friday/​Saturday night make sure to make your reservations in advance! They do book quickly and for good reason.

Johnny worked with me throughout the entire transaction. I was a high maintenance customer and he really came through for me. Our driver Victor was also awesome! He was able to handle a bunch of 8 year old girls, who insisted on having the privacy window down for the entire ride, with ease. Both Johnny and Victor are super personable and have definitely won my business.

Johnny at JMI was rude and condescending. I called him several times trying to set up a limo for our wedding and each time he quoted me a different amount for the same day/​time/​destination and then said he couldn’t take down the reservation because he was out of town. When he finally did take the reservation down, he then called me back a few days later and forgot he had the reservation. He asked me what price he had given me, and when I told him he said «No, no one here would give you that price it’s too low!» and denied ever talking to me about it. When I called to confirm a week before the date he said the same thing!
Not to mention that the white limo I paid for ended up being a black limo.
Boo, JMI, you were the worst decision we made for our wedding.
EDIT: 8÷28÷12 — Johnny at JMI called to apologize for our experience and also mailed us gift certificates to make it up to us. We are happy to give them another shot, and will update again regarding our second experience once we re-​book.

My husband called JMI in his research to reserve a party bus for my surprise birthday party. He decided to go with another company however the day of my birthday I recieved a call from JMI limousine asking for my husband (who was at work) then the man proceedes to tell me «this is in regards to a bus rental tonight, do you know anything about this?» Pretty stupid thing to ask knowing it was a surprise party. My husband had called around a month prior to my birthday and simply got a quote, did not reserve, through JMI. JMI said they didn’t have my husbands correct cell phone number so they went through the trouble to call 411 to get the home number to ask if he still needed a bus. Why wouldn’t he have simply left a message for my husband or asked for his work number instead of ruining the surprise? I wouldn’t use this company if you want to keep a surprise. Be careful calling them if you decide to use another company. Maybe JMI will ruin your surprise too?

There are a couple of key elements to selecting a good limo service. Besides the price/​value element and availability, it is very important to have a good driver. Not just good at driving but good at understanding the clients and the venues we were visiting.
We used JMI Limousine to take a tour of the Oregon wine country. Our driver, Steve had all the skills!
We started our wonderful tour in Carlton and ended up back in Portland. We highly recommend using JMI Limousine for your next outing.

JMI limo service is awesome! My sister booked them for my bachlorette party two weeks ago and it worked out perfect! They were on time, friendly, clean, helpful, and very fun! We wanted to go on a wine tour but didn’t know about good wineries, our driver, victor, planned the whole day for us. He picked us up lunch, brought us flowers from a local farm, and entertained us the whole day! Not to mention I left my gucci sunglasses in the limo and they were honest and even mailed them back to me two weeks later! Thanks JMI for making the day so memorable!

I used JMI Limousine for my bachelor party and got a limo bus for a really good price. The driver was nice and professional. The party bus was top notch, unlike some other party buses I have been in. I also booked JMI for my wedding limo, they had some of the best prices in Portland and since I already knew they were good I figured it will be a good bet.
