Years ago, when I got my first storage facility in North Carolina, I thought, this shouldn’t be difficult. After all, I’m basically renting a garage for my stuff, it’s not that big of a deal. Years later, I’ve been to enough storage facilities to know that this was a deeply naïve view. I’ve had storage facilities fail to process my monthly fees, give me a hassle when I try to move my stuff out, and sock me with some serious late fees (I’ve got a memory like a steel sieve).
Iron Gate Storage is as simple as storage seems like it should be, period. The people at the front office are helpful and laid back, payment online was easy, and when I inevitably forgot, it was easy to quickly pay and get access to my stuff – I had it sorted in 5 minutes. When I eventually found a place large enough to store my stupid amount of stuff, moving out was just as easy as moving in – no hassle, and last-​minute notification of my leaving was no problem. If I ever need to store anything ever again, you guys are first on my list.
