We’ve been waiting forty minutes for food to show up, and who knows if or when it will actually happen. Super crowded, poor service, get me out of here.

Extremely rude servers here. Not just once but twice! First time, the servers sat us, and it appeared they forgot we were sitting because we waited a long time before they came over to offer us anything… Second time we walked in and they didn’t acknowledge us at ALL. We stood at the door for 15 minutes until one of the servers walked by and I asked if we could get a table, and the server replied«we are really busy its gonna be a while» and I looked over and they had several tables available! Lame…

Yuck. I don’t write many bad reviews, but between the poor service and the horrible food, I don’t know why I keep going here… It’s because my kids adore this place! So, two stars for me and four from the kids. They love the make a face pancake. My complaint with the kids meal is the drinks aren’t included… so at almost $ 2 a kid adds up to a kids meal over $ 7! I don’t like IHOP, but I’ll go there for my kids!

Ordered a berry and cream waffle. Received my waffle at room temperature, not even warm, and my berries were actually still frozen! Which then made the waffle ice cold too. So disappointing. I get the berries aren’t going to be fresh at a place like ihop but really, can’t even heat up frozen berries? Customer service is a hit or miss based on how crowded it is. Steer clear on weekend mornings.

Worst IHOPEVER! Waitress is cursing and says«1 fucking worker, this is fucking ridiculous!» She proceeds to take the order of the people that came in after us! HORRIBLE! Never going back!

The 2 times I’ve been here with my daughter we ordered the same thing. She gets the breakfast sampler, I get the country fried steak. Sooooo delicious! My 4 star rating is because of my last visit. My friend and I took our daughter’s. When the food came, They served 3 of the 4 of us leaving the youngest(10) sitting there with nothing. I waited a couple minutes thinking they were coming Right away and ended up giving her my pancakes. I don’t eat until everyone can eat. Kids should always be served 1st! Also we ordered Orange juice, they did not tell us there was pulp. We could have asked, but they should have told us. They knew it was for the kids.

Why is this place so gross? :( My family was visiting from out of state this week and my grandma wanted IHOP. We went and when I sat down there was a sausage link by my feet. Eww. The seats were not clean either. To top it off, the service was soooooo slow even though no one was in there… Funny how that happens, huh? I was extremely tired anyway and didn’t really care because all I could think of was coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was not good :*(Thankfully though, my sweet grandma bought me Dutch Bros on the way home and all was right in the world ;)

Nice clean looking IHOP. Food tasted good. I enjoyed the service. Glad to know the IHOP near my home is actually a good one worth going to. I haven’t always had that luxury.

The only reason they get 3 stars is the food is edible and the manager is a doll. Also I have had a good experience in the past. The girl who took our takeout order put it in wrong and only half of the order was made. When I showed up she said she would have them refire the order really quick. One would think that means the ENTIRE order, but to her it meant the eggs and potatos. It took 25 minutes. I watched 4 tables get seated, order AND receive their food. When I was presented with the order. I found soggy cold crepes and pancakes paired with the freshly made eggs and hashbrowns(or so it seemed). After a long conversation about how it would take 30 more minutes to make everything over… the manager stepped in and took part of the meal off the bill. Let’s evaluate the meal. My husband’s scrambled eggs and turkey bacon were good. His pancakes needed a few minutes in the microwave but ended up being okay. My eggs were perfect. My bacon was floppy and ended up being eaten by the dog. My potatos were raw in the middle with a nice sear on them. I ultimately refried them and ended up cooking my own meal. My crêpe was a bit soggy BUT ultimately tasted good. I will give them another chance… but it might be the last one.

The only reason why I’m not giving this 5 stars is because we waited awhile to be seated when there was no reason to not be seated right away but otherwise I loved it. I was doubtful about ordering the banana pudding pancakes but the first bite put all my worries to rest. Would I recommend giving this branch a try? Yes, because the food is good and the people are friendly.

Don’t go to an ihop on Sunday, the wait is forever, the service is horrible. My sisters and I were meeting our Grandma there and they rushed her and asked her if we were even coming. rude. we get there and the server automatically assumes we speak Spanish cause we look Hispanic… I take offense to that I look it but do not speak Spanish. The entire time he was rude, rushed and snappy. He rushed us as we were eating and quickly snatched my sisters plate next to me and reached over me and dipped his sleeve in my pancakes I hadn’t gotten a chance to eat. Then at the end he looked at the receipt and was real chipper when he saw he actually got a tip.

We’ve been here quite a few times and the service is always hit or miss. The food is always good. This particular visit they ran out of lemonade and took it off our bill which was very nice of them. A good place to eat if everywhere else is closed and you fancy breakfast.

Awesome service from server Christina! Great personality! Made me laugh, even when I’m half asleep. I love this IHOP location, after years of great service and tasty food, I keep coming back.

Normally this place had never had a problem today though is a different story. Horrible service. Messed up orders more then once on the same order. Waited 45 minutes for one meal while everyone else in the restaurant got thiers. I will no longer be going here. T think this all started with waiting 20 minutes for a drink refill. Besides the drink refill I blame most everything on the kitchen the server was doing her best for being new. She was kind and very apologetic about the mess ups.

Horrible service. Asked for a booster seat twice and never got it. Found a piece of hair in our food and our waitress didn’t even bother asking if we wanted anything different nor did she ever check up on us. Will never come here again!

IHOP is one of those chains that make you wonder: «Is it them, or me?“That is to say: Has my perception – both of food in general, and this place in particular – altered so drastically from the relatively lofty heights of yesteryear(here for the sake of argument, we’ll peg IHOP’s zenith, at least in my lil’ microcosm, as the 80s and 90s), or has in fact their product quality collectively circled the drain since then, in a rush and a flush to join the likes of Denny’s, McDonald’s, Jack ‘n’ the Box, and other mass perpetrators of crimes against humanity, perpetually percolatin’in their heady, steamy little cesspool. I still don’t consider IHOP as bad as the above noted, but less distinguishable from other middle – of-the-packers like Sherry’s or Elmer’s. Not all IHOPs are 24⁄7(such as the other one in H-boro, by the airport), so I very much appreciate the ones that are, like this one tucked away in the little cul-de-sac on Regatta Ln, nestled between Popeye’s, McD’s, and a host of other fly-by-night operations that can’t seem to catch on and find lasting success there, in the backwaters of Beaverton. For all the above clamor and perseveratin’, I’m pleased to report you can still get a decent and more than passable fajita omellett(steak, chicken, or sometimes even shrimp) there at IHOP. The 24⁄7 means you can easily bypass the beautiful, the trendy, and the oh-so muy importante people. Leave the ridiculous, pretentious, spendy little brunch spots that have proliferated all over town in the past ten years or so for the tourists and ex-pat californians who support ‘em and love ‘em and keep moving here and opening. The quality control will have to consistently take a few more hits before i’m ready to join the herds and the long lines waiting for the trendy, socially acceptable and sustainable grub…

IHOP saved our Christmas! At 2AM Christmas day, a water main in our community sprung a leak and we found ourselves without running water for the next 39 hours. So much for the Christmas feast I had planned for the two of us. Thus we found ourselves at IHOP for our Christmas meal. The place was packed. The décor was seasonally cheerful and festive. The waitstaff was top-notch despite the fact they obviously were working on Christmas Day. The food was hot and comforting, which was exactly what I needed to calm my water-less nerves. Thank you IHOP for being there in our time of need!

Don’t waste your time and money here. The food is some of the worst breakfast available in the area. Cold tasteless country gravy Poached eggs that would pass for hard boiled. No warm maple syrup No jelly for the toast Thinnest bacon slices in town Lots of high sugar content foods Sorry but the only bright point was our cheery waitress.

This IHOP experience was interesting… Went here last Saturday to meet up with the family for lunch. I was running about 10 minutes behind and when I arrived they were already seated and had ordered. I quickly glanced at the menu and decided on the double cheeseburger with fries! We sat there for a good 30 minutes and nothing had arrived at the table… no drinks, food, or sides. I ask the waitress when the food will be ready and she kept saying, ‘it’s coming.’ Hello! I’m sitting with a kids… hungry kids, which scares me. Finally, the food arrives 45 minutes later and it’s served in random order. Some things missing here and there and mine is nowhere to be seen. I ask the waitress again if my burger is coming after the whole table is finished eating, I finally get my food. It was a F*d up mess in there. *It shouldn’t take more than an hour to get everyone’s food to the table when I watched four servers chatting by the front door and another four staring at the food lined up on the line. The manager was nice, but she tried to blame me for arriving late. Once again, I shouldn’t complain because my parents’ bought me lunch, but come on. Will I be back, um no. Only because it’s in Beavertron, this experience sucked, and there are plenty of other places with food.
