I had a simple question today and the receptionist named NANCY interrupted me about 4 seconds in and told me she couldn’t answer ANY questions and told me I’d have to make an appointment with someone to talk about my question without me even finishing. She was so rude why are you a receptionist if you can’t even answer a simple question?
