I’ve been insured with this company for 6~8 years now. Each time I ‘think’ about shopping my policy around… something happens. I end up talking to them and they do such a stellar job… I forget about it.
My agent Neil Fitzcharles is the best so call and ask for him.
Each claim I’ve had (I’ve had like 2 total) and each incident (tickets, small fender benders, etc.) Neil calls with the greatest advice and support to help me through it.
Two years ago I rear ended a truck which rear ended a car. My rates went up for a year and half. Neil explained to me how the system worked. It was great.
A year ago someone ran a stop sign and I ran into them. Although I didn’t file a claim with Country Companies I called Neil and he gave me options on how to handle the situation.
Just this past weekend… my bumper scraped a park car. I did the right thing and left my name and number. Unfortunately the person is swearing the bumper is falling off… fortunately I have a witness that is backing me up that I only scratched the bumper. I called Neil again… and after talking it over and agreeing that we think someone was thinking it was payday on a crap car… I filed a claim so the Insurance company can protect me.
I think insurance companies are like cops… you hate paying the bill like you hate seeing cops in speed traps… but when you need one its great to have them there.
I’m glad that my agent is a stand up guy working for a stand up company.
