Brought my 96 Thunderbird in for a look at. Frankly needed more than bike worth. But I like the bike and its only money. Riding bikes for 40 years so I expected the cost more, takes longer. I planed a January take in. To me it was worth it. This old bike purrs, no issues after 100 miles. For the first time in all my years riding I feel like a shop did it right. Thanks guys and gals !.

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago just to look around. From the moment I arrived they made me feel very comfortable. Since my visit, I have went by a couple of dealers in the area. I have to say that no one has giving me the level of customer service that I received here.
While I am not quite ready to buy one. Manly because I am a new rider and need to to a few courses before I hit the road. I can’t possibly seeing going anywhere else to purchase a bike.

My experiences here with Janice and everyone else has been nothing short of exceptional. Although through the misfortunes of advertising I had purchased my ’15 Tiger XCx elsewhere I have received nothing but the best here. Initial service and mounting of two aftermarket tires for a quite reasonable price. Even got me in a week earlier than scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Additionally their OEM prices are extremely decent and I don’t have a single OEM farkle that didn’t come from here, nor will I look elsewhere. As I said when I bought my Tiger «I don’t like Orange».

Bought my 2014 triumph tiger there. The dealer overall has a very home like feel to it. Like family, i feel heavily due to the owner lady. She’s an absolute Angel of a lady. Warm freshly made cookies, genuine person, etc. Also, Wayne and Liz are great people to deal with also. I can’t personally speak for any of the other staff. I really had a good purchasing experience. The bad: one time while leaving the shop I made a comment regarding someone about to «have some fun» because they were buying the same bike I had previously bought. The owner guy honestly looked right at me and said he has another one inside if I’m interested in buying one… not joking either. I was amazed that he was that out of touch with his customers that he had no idea that I’d just bought the most expensive bike of my riding life in his shop a couple months before and he had personally walked me through the ins and outs of the bike before I rode it off the lot. Might not be important to him but it’s a rather big deal to me. You don’t necessarily have to remember my name but at least remember the person that bought your product. All in all though, due heavily to the rest of my experience there, I’d buy there again no problem. Wish more shops were like this one.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Helped me sell my old bike on consignment and delivery on my new bike was superb. I only stop in from time to time for maintenance items but they always remember my name and the motorcycle I purchased.

I have not purchased a bike here, although I have purchased some parts and accessories… I have, however, had extensive amounts of service done here. Their prices are very fair (they won’t ever be the lowest price — if you want cheap, go somewhere with a two star rating and get screwed…) Their service, honesty, reliability, and professionalism are top notch. For normal routine services, I have always been satisfied — things like tires, oil changes, valve adjustments, etc etc. I have high confidence that they are going to fix my bike right — and let me tell you, from personal experience, one bad mechanic working on your bike can mean a trip in an ambulance. When picking folks who are working on your ride — make sure they are honest, skilled, and trustworthy. But even more than their routine service & maintenance — these folks did *major* work on my bike for me this summer, and they helped me through all of the steps and process. They went above and beyond, and they did an outstanding job (much more then they had to at all — they could have just ignored me or turned me away — but instead they worked long and hard on my behalf!) I have been involved in the motorcycle community in Portland for over 15 years and I have never met a single person with a complaint about this dealership (other than that they are not the cheapest). The reviews here are not blowing smoke — these guys are a very unique business. Motorcycle dealerships and service places are notoriously shady — but Cascade Moto Classics is pure class through and through. (I hope they don’t read this, I don’t want it to go to their head — and I hope that they keep it up and nothing else changes!). Again — their prices are fair. They won’t be the cheapest and they won’t be the most expensive. If price is your *sole* motivator, you will be disappointed here. But Cascade is competitive enough that you won’t go broke buying from them. But if you want it done right, and if you want VALUE — this is the shop for you.

Just finished buying my motorcycle there today. What a fantastic place to buy a bike. I have been in the process of buying my bike for a few weeks and have been in and out of their shop multiple times, not to mention the number of emails and phone calls.
I just bought a new 2012 Triumph Street Triple R.
No pressure sales environment is an understatement. Everyone there was more than fantastic as I bugged them though the process of buying my motorcycle.
Janice assisted me through the entire process, and put up with relentless questions and contact and was always excited and happy to help me.
You can really tell that they care here. They aren’t just looking to sell you a bike, they are honestly trying to develop a relationship with their customers and potential customers.
I am completely astounded at the high level of customer service!

I called this place to talk about buying a motorcycle, and since it was my first new bike, I was on the defensive, and kind of pushy, kind of a jerk, as if I were negotiating with a craigslist buyer instead of a dealership. They refused to hold that against me, and after I understood that there were a line of people that would go in and buy the same bike I wanted If i didn’t purchase it, I realized that Janice and Kelly and the rest of the gang at CMC were the friendliest people you could buy a new Triumph from. I pop in every so often, and am always offered coffee and warm conversation. If you’re going to buy a new motorcycle, buy a Triumph, and buy it from here, they’ll remember your name a year from now, and will be interested in your enjoyment of the bike, not just the money you spend there. I hope CMC stays member of the Portland motorcycle scene for a long time to come

All the years I’ve owned motorcycles, what has been missing has been a dealer who really cares. And that is missing no longer, since I purchased my Moto Guzzi from Janice and Kelly at Cascade Moto Classics.
The sales experience: I’ve had my eye on the Triumph ST for years and thought it would be a perfect sport tourer for me. When my previous bike died, I headed over to Cascade and talked to Kelly about what I was after, and he actually talked me out of the Triumph. He’s really dead honest and very low key. When it was time to buy, Janice was very helpful with financing options and paperwork. The parts manager, Liz, and the service manager, Bill, are great people, as are the mechanics who work there.
It says a lot about their business that they are busy selling and servicing bikes in the dead of winter. It also says a lot that this is the only motorcycle shop in Portland that my wife will visit (she quite likes it and buys gear there).

Staff are beyond cool. The Triumph I was checking out just didn’t quite fit the bill… and the salesman told me so… I was stunned at his honesty as I was a walking sale waiting to happen.

I have never felt so at home at any other business before. From the first time that I walked through the doors I felt like a member of a family. Fantastic service, great shop, and lots of accessories and apparel. I live across town and even ride pass the «other» Triumph dealer to get to CMC. I have bought two bikes from them, and when I can afford to buy another bike, well there is no question that I’ll be back out to CMC!!!

A family owned motorcycle shop where you buy fine European motorcycles. Janice and Kelly are the nicest folks. The staff is excellent. Other clients will quickly welcome you into the world of motorcycling. Definitely buy from this shop.
