I drove through one evening, and Jose was working the drive-through window. He was extremely pleasant and polite, and I appreciated his kind response to my Thank You. He said, «It’s my pleasure ma’am. You have a lovely evening». It was nice to hear those words delivered in such a sincere manner after a long day of work.

This Carl’s Jr is a total let down. Restaurant was dirty and many table legs had napkins stuffed under them to level them out. The food was lukewarm with a stale bun. I don’t recall who took my order but, it became a joke with the staff. Not cool

This review is for the All Natural Burger only. We only eat Grass Fed Beef so of course my hubby wanted to see what Carl’s Jr’s tasted like. I found the bun to be delicious, the meat was severely under seasoned and way overdone. There is way too much mayonnaise and ketchup and I could barely taste the cheese It also contained sweet pickles which I do not like on a burger, it would’ve been much better with dill pickles. The lettuce was crisp and refreshing and did I mention this sucker is big, I only ate about ¾ of it and I am full. By the time I was almost finished it was a goopy mess, which I gave up on. If I ever order it again I will ask for salt and no condiments and skip the pickles. I would rather make my own, I do as Bobbi Flay taught me and that is lightly season, shape and slap on my BBQ.

Breakfast at Carl’s has to be the homemade biscuits and hash Brown’s. Too good! Good fast service friendly staff.

Ok. Everyone knows I rarely post reviews about fast food. But I had such a great experience here I had to post it. Friends and I came in for a quick bite for lunch. The woman who took our orders was funny, friendly and made all 3 of us laugh. All the food was hot and fresh. And they not only brought it to the table but offered to clean up after we had finished. For fast food, that was amazing. We will come back here for lunch for sure. Hats off to the lunch crew!

I’ve been to plenty of Carl’s. This one stands out because they really push the employees to run it like a restaurant not like a fast food counter. They greet you brightly when you get to the counter, someone always comes by to ask dine in groups if they’re enjoying their meal or if they need extra condiments, and sometimes they even try to clear your table for you, and tell you goodbye and thank you when you leave. Better burgers and better service than the McDonald’s a stones throw away.

There is nothing particularly special or bad about this outlet. I’m writing to confess today’s food sin. I have a strange affection for the grilled Santa Fe chicken sandwich. Once a year I need one. Usually when the temperature rises. It reminds me of college in southern Arizona. I’m sure its bad for me. Plastic cheese. Fake«wheat» bun. Almost charred piece of chicken. I’m sure its not free range or anything. A slab of canned green chile and some iceberg lettuce. I enjoy it. Hangs head in shame. Enough said.

This was the saddest fast food(FF) experience that I’ve ever had. I normally hold FF places to a lower standard because they serve a different purpose in the food industry. Unfortunately, this Carl’s Jr was just depressing. Why did I pay for a moist /limp burger that looked like someone sat on it?(My uploaded picture is, believe it or not, a fluffy western bacon cheeseburger.) Why was I offered lukewarm /wilted fries that even squirrels would pass? In short, the mediocre flavor and lackluster presentation reminded me of the NBC show«Whitney.»

I’m so exited, they now have sweet Tater fries. The breakfast burger is huge and delish, it has a burger with egg, cheese, tots and ketchup. The burger alone is enough to fill you up but I can’t pass up the sweet Tater fries.

Hey, what can I say, I’m a sucker for cheap good burgers. Carl’s burgers are big and cheaper than real restaurants. I’m a big fan of the $ 6 dollar burgers because it actually tastes pretty damn good. Also, I like their breakfast burgers… because it’s never too early in the day to get a food coma.
