Baby Boot Camp

If you are a new mom, or a mom just looking to get into shape, you have found the holy grail! Baby Boot Camp Beaverton is not only an amazing workout, but a play group for your kiddos, and much needed girl time for you.
I started Baby Boot Camp Beaverton when my daughter was 10 weeks old. I had been searching for a workout program where I could bring my baby, and not have to leave her in a gym daycare. You’re first class is free, which allows you to try it out. But halfway through my first class, I was hooked. There are different intensity levels for the exercises which allows you to work at your own pace, but also challenge yourself as well. It’s a great combo of strength and cardio, and as an active person both before pregnancy and after, it was great to feel like I could get a good workout! The facility is beautiful, with many jogging paths, and turf fields to keep each workout fresh and fun. I very rarely get bored with a workout! And there is an indoor option for days when it is too cold or rainy.
Another great aspect of Baby Boot Camp is the built in play group and mom support that it provides. Once class is over, the kiddos can get out of the strollers and play, and it gives you a great chance to catch up with other moms. This was another reason that I joined. The moms were so welcoming, and as a first time mom, it was so nice to be able to connect with other women who knew exactly what I was going through.
I could honestly go on and on about this place, but you really have to try it to see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

It’s a great workout, for every mama, of all fitness levels! It’s great circuit training as we do cardio, core, arms, abs, butt and more. Not only do we get together to workout, but we also come together and become a support for one another. If you want to get fit and want to do it with other mamas, this is where you need to be!

I LOVE this class! We just moved to the area and I was not only in need of working off my baby weight but also looking for new friends. I have met some wonderful women and have found a great support group. Now that I’m pregnant again, My workout is slightly modified and I can continue to get much needed exercise… not to mention much needed playtime at the end of class for my little one! Classes are convenient and fun! Highly highly recommend joining our group!

Love, love this workout class. It’s a challenging workout yet you’ve got baby with you the entire time in the stroller. (My son usually naps through the whole thing). The women in the class are supportive and fun. The instructors mix up the workout each time, and push me harder than I’d push myself at home. I wish I could go more often, but I’ve found it’s an easy class to drop-​in whenever it fits your schedule.

I don’t know what I would do without Baby Boot Camp Beaverton. Not only is it a great workout that keeps me motivated to work harder, but it provides a social outlet that is sometimes lacking with stay-​at-​home moms (although several of the BBC moms do work). The group of women that currently go are a diverse bunch, both physically and personally. It would be impossibly not to find a new friend here. Most importantly, the instructors are very good at adapting to your needs while still pushing you further in your physical fitness development. Now that I am pregnant, it is even more evident how good they are at providing a flexible workout for all the ladies in the group.

I have been doing Baby Bootcamp for almost 4 years now and am still loving it! I first joined to help lose that extra baby weight that most of us tend to hold on to longer than we want to — but it wasn’t long that i realized that I hadn’t just joined an exercise class. I was now part of an amazing group of moms that support and encourage each other every step of the way! You really gain a family when you join Baby Bootcamp!
If you are nervous about the name «bootcamp» — don’t be! First class is free and you always go at your own pace — whether that be walking, jogging, or sprinting! Just give it a try — it could change your life as it did mine!
