Established in 2000.

Apex was established by owner John Farris in 2000. John’s drive to provide outstanding customer service at the highest quality levels possible, has been a great success. All of the products used by Apex are of the highest grade available on the market today. John has always said that it if he won’t put it on his own vehicle, that it shouldn’t be in his inventory. The staff at Apex is top notch as well. The years of experience in this field is unmatched from anyone else in the area, or state for that matter!

Apex moved from a mobile only operation to a dedicated retail facility in 2003. Our initial focus was to service the dealerships in the Beaverton and Portland area. Since 2007 we have pushed to expanded our retail base, with awesome results and an amazing referral response! While Apex still services several prominent dealers in the Beaverton area, private individuals are it’s focus through 2012 and beyond. Come see us and experience our way of business!

I’ve been a car guy since I learned to walk, and have always enjoyed being around cars. This line of work has seen me drive thousands of cars from 350k+ Lamborghini’s to $ 100, put plastic on the seat before you sit down beaters!

I take immense pride in delivering a finished product that not only exceeds the standard, but the customers expectations. Throughout my extensive automotive career I have been recognized for this achievement. We are a family run business with employees that are dedicated to Apex and it’s customers. After all, we are «Passionate about what moves you!»

I took the day off 2 weeks in advanced to go to my appointment with apex just to find out he scheduled it on the wrong date, this was the second time it happened and he offered to reschedule again. Why would I take another day off my job for someone who didn’t offer to keep my business with an incentive to stay, at least offer a discount for my time wasted. Go to rev motorsport in aloha or highline customs near sunset high school for window tinting. Apex auto spa was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and would not recommend this low quality establishment, very unprofessional. Rev motorsport in aloha charges less for the same amount of work I would recommend looking into other options rather than give my business to apex auto spao :-\ sorry 0

Great experience! Brought in my 2010 golf with a pretty significant scuff and crease on the rear door. They were able to remove the damage and get the paint looking good. For a fraction of what I thought it would cost.

Had a minor issue with the tinting on my driver’s side door bubbling a little. I honestly was not sure if I had done something, or if it was a flaw. Took it in and the owner helped me right away (even remembered me after so many months). There was no hesitation at all in getting this tint fixed. It is so nice to go into a place and not have to feel like you will get the 3rd degree when something happens.
Took the car in today for the appointment and the window was done perfectly in about 40 minutes. I am so impressed and will keep coming back.

I sent a request for an estimate for my SUV and even though Apex is closed John got back to me with a quote within an hour. Looking forward to meeting there team and see what they can do with my 2007 Acura MDX. I’m impressed with the customer service so far will update through the process!!!

My husband and I were looking for a place to get windows tinted on his new Accord. And after reading the reviews, we have sent a quote request to Apex here on Unilocal.It was on Saturday afternoon, and we were pleasantly surprised to get a reply in less than 30 min! The quoted price was within our budget, so we decided to give it a shot. John and David were really helpful and have answered all questions we had in a very friendly and professional manner. After the job was done, tint looked amazing and was perfectly done! These guys are just great!

I would highly recommend this place to everyone who needs their car detailed. They made our 2006 Subaru look better then when we drove it off of the car lot 3 years ago! My husband is a smoker that would occasionally smoke in the car leaving a nasty film on the dash, they removed it all! Our leather seats were in bad shape also with dark spots from us not ever washing or conditioning the leather. They were able to get everything off! Their customer service is epic! John, the owner, even picked up our car on the way to the shop and dropped it off back to our apt when it was finished!!! Not many places would do something like that for their customers. I feel like he went above and beyond what is expected. It is worth every penny we spent!

I haven’t actually gotten my car and done the XPel or Cquartz stuff yet, but I have been asking John questions for weeks about things I want to do to the car as soon as it is delivered. I am thoroughly impressed both at the speed and thoroughness of his responses. I can definitely see that the folks at Apex know their stuff. I’ll update this review when I get my ride and get the treatments I want done, but if it’s anything like the cars I’ve seen done at Apex, it will be stellar.

John and his crew are great. I recently gave him a call because there were strange stains on my clear bra which he installed. I took it by, the damage wasn’t covered by warranty but he took care of it– complementary. Great customer service. I wouldn’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

Great service and work. The guys we’re straight forward and honest with cost and what work must be done. As an added bonus, because it was going to take about 4 hours to complete, they kindly dropped me off at the movie theater to kill time. It’s the little things that count! Highly recommend Apex!

My wife’s car needed a deep clean. I called the shop to reserve a time. I needed a Monday time. Their next opening was two weeks out. They are in high demand, a very good sign. I booked it. When I dropped off her car, I let them know that we had an evening engagement. I needed to get the car back by 3:30pm if at all possible. Usually it is an all day job, but they got it done early for me and called to let me know. Really helped us out not to have to rush. I didn’t even check the car out at pick up to make sure it was done well despite being invited to do so. I trusted that they had done a great job. And they had. Great experience! Highly recommend. Price quoted was the one I was charged. Very fair price for the job performed.

These guys are the shit. Reasonable prices and hand cut the clear bra instead of using a kit, which is a better way to go provided they know what to do and they do. They convinced me I needed a window tint and they were right. That was great too. Hurray for these guys.

I used to own an autobody shop, and I’ve met a lot of guys who claimed to be ‘detailers’. But John is the real deal. He knows a LOT about car finishes. He knew that my new car had a 3 stage paint finish (the car dealership salesman didn’t even know that), he knew the EXACT color name of my old car just by taking a glance at it. BTW the name of the old car color is Champaign … not exactly something like silver. So when he told me he could make fixes to my old paint finish and interior leather I believe him. At this point we’ve had him put a clear bra on the new car. It’s beautiful, meaning you can’t see it at all. We had him wrap the whole hood. It took him longer than he expected and he stayed until 7pm on a Friday night to finish — a true professional! I will definitely be going back to have him work on the old car to spiff it up.

–Inside/​outside cleaning is ok
–Service is ok.
–Wheels cleaning is superficial, because they do not take them off and there is not much you can clean this way. Most detailers do take them off.
–Was not told specifically that rims detailing costs extra. Learned only at the check out when the job was done. Although was given a discount it is still more expensive than going to a specialized wheel detailers.

A+ Service!
Braley & Graham Dealership (currently GMC of Beaverton) referred me to Apex for the clear mask on my GMC Acadia. When I first bought my car through B&G, I found out that Apex was the original company that put the clear mask on my car.
I had a minor accident on the freeway when a construction cone flew/​hit my front bumper and luckily it didn’t damage the paint but unfortunately it damaged the clear mask; which needed replacement. Dave and John (Owner) provided me a good quote for the damage and scheduled me in right away which the fix was only 2 hours. They are highly professional, reliable, and provide excellent customer service. :)
I am thankful I have the clear mask to protect the paint of my car. I would highly recommend getting it done through Apex because they are highly experience with world class service.
I will be back to Apex again for any other car service I need fixing in the near future.

Curse the neighbor’s cedar tree. All summer I parked Gracie on the driveway under the tree only to find a ton of sap spots on it. I procrastinated until now to get rid of the sap.
I brought Gracie in first thing in the morning for an exterior detail and an express interior detail and decided to wait while she was all done up in the spa. I was promptly greeted by Blue (the new adorable shop dog) and John. John and his crew made me feel like his shop was my home and was super hospitable, and even offered to pop in a movie in case I was bored. The shop dog and the free WiFi that they provided took care of the boredom.
The pesky sap ended up becoming a bit more of a problem than they first anticipated, but they took the time on it and got it all off and returned it to pretty much new. They even told me to take the car in as soon as I see sap on it again and they’ll take care of it. They did a «quick interior» detail as well. No complains there either. Speedy is not in their vocabulary… and it should be respected because good looking cars like Gracie takes time people! These are really cool guys that care about the work and you can see definitely see it in the end product. My car looks new now, and I’m a happy car parent now. Photos don’t lie. Check them out.

After getting the new Subaru all tinted up with the gang here I decided to also take my old 1995 E420 Benz in for a detail before selling. Man these guys kick ass! best detail job I have had to date, they even cleaned up the engine area nicely. The car looks fantastic!
