Randy is one, if not the best, therapist I have ever worked with. Not only is his experience and skills well beyond most in his field, he has the most caring attitude I have ever seen. Without a doubt I would recommend him to anyone who needs the best therapist they can get.

This being my last day with Randy before I go back to school, all I can say is that I have been transformed, compared to my pre-therapy status. Randy has made sure that I am equipped with the tools to continue therapy down the road, the information to know what to do in case things go south, and enough stories of a lifetime. He has an above-average sense of humor, and he makes an hour and a half fly by, and it doesn’t feel like I go here for the PT. it’s almost like going to coffee with an old friend and you HAPPEN to be stretching muscles at the same time. I would definitely recommend him to everybody and their mother.

I was referred to this Clinic by my insurance and was more than pleased with the service and results! Definitely NOT a run of the mill type of PT Clinic, which you may get with large practices. First of all the building looks like a house and the staff makes you fee like home! Front office manager Kim was professional and helpful in getting my process started. Randy the Physical Therapist is a character! Funny and very easy to talk to put me at ease which was extremely helpful since I was in so much pain. His wife and assistant Michelle was also very tender and easygoing. This mom and pop shop so to speak was actually a breath of fresh air from all of the sterile feeling clinical doctors offices I went to. Appointment times are staggered so that you really feel as if you are their only patient. They ask you to set aside an hour and a half for them and they spend the entire time with you, listening to everything you say(this is unheard of in a great way!) I felt that the exercises and therapy services were excellent and really sped my healing process. Although a jovial man, Randy is also all business and knows his stuff, and I felt as if I was in very capable and knowledgeable hands. The office was very, very clean and I felt even though being alone with either of them at times in the office, they were always appropriate and completely professional. Their large standard poodle even met me at the door one day! Talk about a family atmosphere! It really makes me think about how wonderful the days must have been when doctors made house calls. Somehow the environment of a home feel really does make you feel much less anxious about being treated, and you feel more like an instant friend and not just a patient. You can reach them by phone any time you call, you can be seen if you just drop in with a question, always available for your needs. They also worked with my insurance and were VERY generous when I had some financial difficulty. I am still so amazed at my experience. And although I hope I never need PT again in life, if I ever do, this is the place! Tucked away in a residential neighborhood, this is a gold mine!
