We have been providing independent services in the Portland area since 2002. Our goal is to provide the same computer and network technical expertise to small businesses and residences that is available to large companies … but at an affordable price.
What you get is honest with us is experienced professionals who have resolved thousands of technical issues, and are committed to solving your problem to your satisfaction. Our experience includes analysis, design, implementation, deployment, troubleshooting and repair, and cuts across both hardware and software including computers (desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals) networks (wired, wireless, routers, firewalls, security), and software (operating systems, web services, databases, and applications). We have created a proud legacy of customer satisfaction.
Meet the Manager
Steve J.
Manager
Steve Jumonville spent 20 years as an Electronics Engineer designing computers and software. He then moved to HP as a senior technical consultant, and advised HP’s major accounts worldwide on the architecture and deployment of thousands of client/server based systems. As computing matured, he forecast that IT bottlenecks would shift from computing to network performance. Shifting his focus, Steve drove the development and deployment of network switching; as a result we now have 10÷100÷1000 Ethernet switches, and multimedia over the network, in every business and home connected to the Internet. An internationally recognized computing/networking technologist, Steve was in demand as an advisor to corporations, universities and governments and has addressed audiences at technology conferences in 28 countries.
Steve formally founded Affordable Computing Northwest, with the goal of bringing world-class computer services to people who could otherwise not afford it.
